優點基本上衹是距離甲秀樓很近。衞生和環境一言難盡。特別是每個房間的台階真是**設計的，我拿個大行李箱，移動起來特別麻煩👿。房間的窗户也是特別小，隔音不好，晚上能聽見外面唱歌

酒店很温馨，服務也很好，給客人提供了小零食、菊花茶、檸檬水、酸梅湯還有冰塊，酸梅湯是各種食材現熬製的比其他地方酸梅粉兑的好喝太多，真的很用心。

優點是離甲秀樓非常近，下樓右手邊走過去幾分鐘。樓下有幾家小館子我們沒吃，走路10分鐘左右去吃的黔大叔大排檔。房間挺乾淨的，比較寬敞。我們帶個8歲的孩子住沒問題。缺點是房間隔音非常差，隔壁正常音量聊天我們聽的很清楚，本來想早點睡第二天去黃果樹，結果隔壁一直聊天，我們被迫晚睡。

第一次在市區住那麼垃圾的酒店，前台對誰都是一套話術，説原本訂到的房間是最低檔的現在免費升級成可以看到外景的房間希望能給個好評，到了房間就是一個側面的窗户正對着對面的房子，往巷子外才能勉強看到江，連甲秀樓的一個瓦片都看不到，房間是真的小，兩張單人床感覺也就1.1寬，過道很窄兩個人不能並排走，入住之後還有人往裡麪塞小卡片，如果這都已經是這個酒店中等偏上的房間那真不知道別的房間能差成什麼樣

有點舊了，地理位置好，如果讓我再次選擇，應該不會選擇這裏，需要翻新一下了，價格不算便宜，這個價格，選擇很多，不要單純為了看甲秀樓住這裏，貴陽打車很方便的，這裏離青雲市集不遠，走路十多分鐘。

下飛機是晚上，想去甲秀樓就定這了，如果跟團遊還是在第二天集合附近住，打車去甲秀樓比較好，因為集合時間基本都是7:30，好像都在北站那邊，就近可以吃酒店早飯。
言歸正傳，近是挺近，入住體驗太差了，雖然收拾的挺乾淨，但設施都比較老舊，花灑正面出不了多少水，亂次一氣，手盆周圍的玻璃膠都是黴斑，馬桶沖水也不太給力，隔音差是酒店通病，但差的和沒關門似的還不多，包括臨街的窗户，被子嘩啦嘩啦的響聲基本可以説是噪音，能把你吵醒的那種，真是厲害了，更過分的是午夜11點來一大波房客領了好幾個孩子，全都開着房門喝酒吃燒烤，孩子一直在走廊跑來跑去，打打鬧鬧折騰到凌晨1點多，樓下的前台説是一幫親戚，竟然不管！！！
