第一：服務態度極差，尤其是對於遊客（房價）未做及時解釋，故意抬高房價的，櫃枱標識房價與實際平台嚴重不符。
第二：房間條件極差與平台圖片不符合，環境衞生差。飄窗台上的墊子非常臟。
第三：浴室內的設施陳舊老化。
第四：房間存在安全隱患，門不能反鎖，防盜鏈用不起。

我是衹主了一個小時，飛機晚點了。到了周邊是真找不到路上，那個維也納酒店前台特別壞，不知道就直説，非往外面指，兜兜轉轉打電話還是維也納地鐵上去。麻煩地址加上維也納酒店上電梯。還有就是可能因為太晚把我訂的雙人床變單床了，我也無所謂了，但環境又小又差，有股嗖味而且天花板已經開始掉皮了。第一天來貴州着酒店真不咋樣，要不是離團集合近，所以回程我去遠一點好一點的酒店了

emmmm 忘了拍照片，位置呢在一棟大樓上，周圍的交通是很方便。房間不是很乾凈，地面鋪着地毯但是非常非常臟，有不明的黑色污漬，（要不咱們就換了地毯，哪怕洗一洗也行）電視上蒙著灰，設施明明是你感覺樓很新 但裏面卻很舊的樣子，又新又舊。衞生需要提高。
