Guiyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Thank you to the housekeeper Mia for her warm and considerate service, which made our stay at Anantara feel warm. The lady learned that it was the child's birthday and helped us upgrade the room, decorated the room and sent a small cake. She kept asking about our needs and reminding us of the hotel's activity time. The other staff of the hotel were also very nice, and the service can be regarded as the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The hotel is not big, but the indoor and outdoor scenery are very good. It should be more beautiful in spring and summer. The swimming pool is well heated and the water temperature is suitable. Children can also swim in winter. It is a good choice for those who want to take children to play in the water but are worried that the hot spring hotel is easy to get sick due to the large number of people. A small suggestion, the children's playground is relatively small. If the hotel has more children's recreational facilities, it should be more attractive to guests who have weekend tours around, especially parent-child tours, during the non-tourist peak season.

I made a reservation in advance and upgraded the room at the front desk. The check-in and check-out at the front desk were very smooth. There was a happy birthday decoration in the room and a small cake. It was really thoughtful. Thank you so much! ! The view from the room was very good, and you could see the perfect night view of Jiaxiu Tower I didn't book the hotel breakfast because I came to Guiyang purely for food and travel. There were all kinds of delicious food downstairs. It was very close to the famous Minsheng Road and Caijia Street and all kinds of famous restaurants and coffee shops The bedding was good and comfortable, the TV could project the screen, the soap box in the shower was a bit bad, and the bathtub seemed to be leaking a bit. The toilet was very good, and the instant coffee in the mini bar was average

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The staff were helpful with check-ins and extending stays. The general location is sort convenient to the lively areas of the city and in very close facility to the bars and night life. Taxis from here are a great price getting to tourist attractions.

A decent hotel The guy who checked me in was nice, at least he smiled and was able to communicate. The check-out in the morning felt too mechanical and cold. The robot delivered the food from Ele.me in the middle of the night, but got the wrong room number (I didn't know which room ordered the food, and the robot delivered it to our room). Two calls came in the middle of the night, and no one asked or apologized when I checked out in the morning. The service is still lacking, lacking warmth.

During the holiday at Hilton, before checking in, the butler Frank made careful arrangements for the room. Laurie experienced meticulous reception service. Every detail revealed the utmost thoughtfulness. She was filled with satisfaction and gratitude. The whole trip was filled with warmth and comfort.

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .

The hotel's breakfast buffet is rich. Travel: There is a tourist distribution center next to the hotel. There is a special car to Qingyan Ancient Town. If you are willing to sweat a bit on foot, the hotel is not far from the west gate of the ancient town. It takes 15 minutes to walk and the scenic spot is just over 1 kilometer away. It is very convenient.

Transportation: There is no direct access to the subway, but it is very convenient to take the subway to the Convention and Exhibition Center after walking around. Hygiene: In a word, this is the conscience of the hotel. The room is very clean. I wipe the cup tea set with a paper towel without any impurities. It can be used directly after scalding with boiling water. Environment: The design is simple and elegant. The most important thing is that the layout is reasonable. The toilet and the bathroom are separated from the wet and dry, and they are close to the door. There is a certain distance from the rest area, which will not affect the rest area. The space in each area is large, and the bathroom is For Grohe, the hotel pays great attention to details and the quality of hardware. Rare, I give full marks for this.
