Guiyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Thank you to the housekeeper Mia for her warm and considerate service, which made our stay at Anantara feel warm. The lady learned that it was the child's birthday and helped us upgrade the room, decorated the room and sent a small cake. She kept asking about our needs and reminding us of the hotel's activity time. The other staff of the hotel were also very nice, and the service can be regarded as the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The hotel is not big, but the indoor and outdoor scenery are very good. It should be more beautiful in spring and summer. The swimming pool is well heated and the water temperature is suitable. Children can also swim in winter. It is a good choice for those who want to take children to play in the water but are worried that the hot spring hotel is easy to get sick due to the large number of people. A small suggestion, the children's playground is relatively small. If the hotel has more children's recreational facilities, it should be more attractive to guests who have weekend tours around, especially parent-child tours, during the non-tourist peak season.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The staff were helpful with check-ins and extending stays. The general location is sort convenient to the lively areas of the city and in very close facility to the bars and night life. Taxis from here are a great price getting to tourist attractions.

A decent hotel The guy who checked me in was nice, at least he smiled and was able to communicate. The check-out in the morning felt too mechanical and cold. The robot delivered the food from Ele.me in the middle of the night, but got the wrong room number (I didn't know which room ordered the food, and the robot delivered it to our room). Two calls came in the middle of the night, and no one asked or apologized when I checked out in the morning. The service is still lacking, lacking warmth.

Traveling to Guiyang and staying at Hilton I have been wandering around the world, and my taste for food and accommodation has been getting better and better. The wind in Guizhou is a little cold in early spring, and I knock on the door of Hilton. Handsome Junnan welcomes the tired guests, and Liu Min's smile is like hearing the ”Shao”. Living in Lincheng is a comfortable place, but I am lazy when I return home, and I just want to be an old fisherman and woodcutter. (I came to Guiyang and found Hilton Hotel, and I was happy! The room, breakfast, and service are all five-star. I especially like the meticulous and enthusiastic service of the housekeeper Chen Junnan. Especially the sweet smile of the manager Liu Min at the front desk, which is really like a peony that suddenly blooms in late winter, which immediately makes people feel happy.)

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .

Service: The hotel service is very good, including welcome fruits and drink coupons. The waiter's service was very good, he took the initiative to carry the luggage and delivered it to the room. The hotel's breakfast buffet is rich. Travel: There is a tourist distribution center next to the hotel. There is a special car to Qingyan Ancient Town. If you are willing to sweat a bit on foot, the hotel is not far from the west gate of the ancient town. It takes 15 minutes to walk and the scenic spot is just over 1 kilometer away. It is very convenient.

Cost-effective, service and facilities are excellent. The point is that the internal hygiene is in place! I seldom comment, but I want to recommend this hotel, first let me tell you about my feelings. I stayed in a standard room, which is very spacious and the interior layout design is very reasonable. Transportation: There is no direct access to the subway, but it is very convenient to take the subway to the Convention and Exhibition Center after walking around. Hygiene: In a word, this is the conscience of the hotel. The room is very clean. I wipe the cup tea set with a paper towel without any impurities. It can be used directly after scalding with boiling water. Environment: The design is simple and elegant. The most important thing is that the layout is reasonable. The toilet and the bathroom are separated from the wet and dry, and they are close to the door. There is a certain distance from the rest area, which will not affect the rest area. The space in each area is large, and the bathroom is For Grohe, the hotel pays great attention to details and the quality of hardware. Rare, I give full marks for this. Service: The check-in time of the day is relatively late. After arriving at the hotel, you can directly scan your face with Alipay to verify your check-in, which saves a lot of cumbersome procedures.
