MM515227****Overall, it was excellent. The kitchenware and front desk service were fantastic. They had everything you could need, including cooking pots, woks, and knives. The room was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Food delivery robots even came upstairs! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the hotel is in a great location, the housekeeping staff are also very kind, the girl at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, the price of the room is also very affordable, and the price-performance ratio is high! There was a young front desk clerk who was a little rude and used the pronunciation of people's names. I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience, as well as fireworks on earth. This is my evaluation of this hotel. Awesome. The only drawback is that there are special rooms that are not available.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

GGuest UserOne day in advance, the hotel staff Fu Meng took the initiative to contact and ask about specific needs, such as room orientation, children's supplies, etc., and also upgraded the room type for free. The service was very serious and responsible. All kinds of supplies were prepared before check-in.
Arrived at 8 o'clock that night, the lobby concierge Xiaotian took the initiative to help with the luggage, and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions. The front desk presented freshly baked cookies and donkey mascots, which the children liked very much.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, the north-facing room has a good view, the swimming pool water temperature is just right, the breakfast variety is comprehensive, and the most important thing is that the quality is very high, not at all makeshift, and it is definitely worth the price.
The only two shortcomings are that the north-facing room is close to the road, so there will still be a little noise at night, but it does not affect rest, and the second is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. I contacted the front desk and quickly replaced it with a new one. The response was quick and worthy of praise.
I will definitely choose Hilton next time I come to Baoding.

During the Dingzhou Marathon, the hotel gave two breakfast coupons for free, and a small fruit package was given when the game was checked out. It was a completely value-for-money experience! DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

The door is the tourist bus K1 and the tour 1 road, which goes directly to the Zhili Governor's Office, the ancient lotus pond, Huaijun Office, and West Street. There is no need to transfer, and you can visit Baoding's historical context and fireworks all the way. The hotel rooms are spotless, the bathroom is clean and odorless, the supplies are complete, and the sleep experience is very good. The staff is gentle, answer all questions, and also take the initiative to remind the attractions to make reservations, gourmet check-in points, and the details are full.

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.
