過年期間的價格完全沒有想象中的高溢價，可能因為不是旅遊的城市，但是正是因為少了熙攘的人羣，住的非常安靜和舒心，衞生打掃令人安心舒適，環境靜謐高級，這個價格住桔子水晶在旅遊城市真的是不敢想，房間裏的手沖咖啡，温馨的燈光，床頭的精油香薰，無一不展示出品牌的細節。退房時送了零食禮袋。唯一感覺有待提高的是早餐的種類可以再增加。暖氣太足，不得不晚上開窗睡覺，哈哈😃

The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

There are plenty of parking spaces at the entrance, as well as charging stations. The staff mentioned that there is also a large parking lot in the backyard, so there's no need to worry if you're driving. The service is exceptional, and the staff are all very nice. It's a five-star hotel. The location is in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many dining options nearby. The rooms are well-organized and very clean. There are also complimentary Coke and Sprite. For this price, it's excellent.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

From the freshly baked bread to the fragrant hot coffee, everything is mouth-watering. Particularly worth mentioning is their omelette, which is tender and just right. The fruit section also has a wide range of varieties and colorful colors, which not only satisfies the taste buds, but also makes people happy. The service staff are friendly and the environment is elegant and comfortable, making people feel peaceful and comfortable while enjoying delicious food. This kind of breakfast experience undoubtedly added a lot of points to my stay at Shui'an Huacheng Hotel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, especially the lobby manager. I came to Dingzhou to take an exam, and because the exam room was located in the same place, I specifically asked the front desk, who then contacted the manager, who contacted the relevant person in charge to confirm. It was really thoughtful. The hotel is newly renovated, so there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn't affect it! They gave me a fruit plate, and the service attitude must be praised. 👍 If I have the chance to come to Dingzhou in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

The personalized one-on-one service throughout my stay was top-notch and highly recommended.

I was in a rush and didn't have time to take any photos. Parking was convenient, and the front desk upgraded my room for free on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and amenities. The reception staff were patient and welcoming, so I stayed another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Baoding.
