Wanning Hotels with Gym

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, the room was spacious, and it was very quiet. The free breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's pets were incredibly well-behaved, especially the dogs, who were very friendly. The location was convenient, not too far from the beach at two kilometers, and renting a car right at the entrance was easy. Short trips by taxi or car were quick. The service was attentive, and the overall value for money was excellent.

This trip to Hainan was with my 70-year-old mother, and our first stop was the Westin Shimei Bay in Wanning. I booked a package that included many excellent services. What stood out was our late arrival at Sanya Airport on the first day, at 7:40 PM. The driver called us at just the right time, while we were on the airport shuttle bus. He mentioned we were his only guests that night, so he picked us up in a business van. He didn't wait until 9 PM to leave; we departed from the airport around 8:15 PM. The driver was experienced and drove very steadily, thumbs up! 👍 We arrived at the hotel around 9:40 PM. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge, a lovely lady, provided excellent service and even arranged a complimentary late check-out. I regret not booking more days this time; we didn't go anywhere else, just relaxed, swam, and relaxed some more at the hotel. I'll definitely come back for another vacation. The sea at Shimei Bay is beautiful.

Originally, I had planned to stay in Sanya for a week, but then I fell in love with the courtyard pool room at Le Méridien and spontaneously changed my itinerary to stay in Wanning for two days. The hotel's public areas are aesthetically pleasing, very well-designed and sophisticated. Every photo taken there turns out great. I also loved the courtyard room; it has a private courtyard and pool, offering excellent privacy. The facilities were also good; they didn't feel old at all. The only downside was that a typhoon hit during my two-day stay, bringing continuous heavy rain. The hotel's surrounding amenities are quite limited; I didn't know what to do besides staying in the room. The food options nearby were also mediocre. However, the hotel gym is exceptionally well-equipped, with more machines than many five-star hotels I've stayed in, which is a big plus. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of delicious options. I want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Nikki. She was incredibly thoughtful. Due to the bad weather and continuous rain, she kindly arranged for us to have 5 complimentary laundry items and an upgrade to breakfast at the Horizon Seaview restaurant, which made up for the inconvenience of the heavy rain. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this trip. It would probably be even better if I could visit Wanning again when the weather is good next time.

Stepping into the guesthouse, I was struck by the wall covered with motorcycle pictures, which suggests the owner is a sports and motorcycle enthusiast. The guesthouse was clean overall, with a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle. There were even casually placed beanbag chairs, a fully equipped barbecue grill, a pool table, and a Smith game table. I wish the owner great success in his business!

Alicka Resort was absolutely stunning and incredibly photogenic! I booked it well in advance, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My whole family had such a fantastic time; we'll definitely be back! This 'artistic aesthetic space' was personally designed by a Spanish master, blending the architectural essence of Morocco with the cultural aesthetics of the Li ethnic group.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes' ride from the train station. There are shopping malls around it, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The room is equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient and the children like it very much. The hotel's hygiene is to change after each guest, which makes me feel relieved. I will choose Hillyue Wanning Hotel next time!

Close to Shenzhou Station, not many dining options nearby, but you can order KFC for delivery. The hostel is in a self-built house and very spacious. The common area on the first floor is huge, and there's even a hot water dispenser! However, I felt a bit scared walking back alone at night as a female, as the hostel is located in a village. Also, I was in an upper bunk with no curtain, while the lower bunks had them. I suggest installing curtains for the upper bunks too, as the light can be too bright at night. Getting a ride-hailing car to Shenzhou Peninsula, Shimei Bay, and Xinglong Town costs about 20-25 RMB.

The hotel room was basically clean, and the beach was within walking distance. The pool was quite large, but with people trying out paddleboarding and surfing, it felt a bit crowded and chaotic for kids to swim in. The hotel's second phase is still under renovation, and you could clearly hear the sound of drills near the pool, starting promptly at 8 AM. The guests next door and their children were noisy until midnight, but a call to the front desk resolved the issue promptly. Upon check-out the next day, they even offered small lotions as an apology. The uploaded picture shows the sea view from the room for reference.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and super clean. The rooms have everything you need from razors to coffee and tea. The staff were super friendly and check in was super easy and fast. The hotel did Great to host the marathon athletes. 👍👍👍

After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel. Before coming, I was worried about cleanliness and heard that the roads nearby were bad. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was big and bright, especially the balcony, which was huge and offered a first-class sea view. Sitting on the balcony was a real treat. The surroundings were also very quiet and beautiful. The room even had its own washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator, though there were no bowls or pots. It was completely worth the money. We arrived early, and the front desk staff immediately arranged a room for us. I don't know why some people said the roads were bad; the roads were perfectly fine to drive on. Perhaps they were referring to the parking lot road. The only downside is that there aren't many attractions nearby. However, if you're coming for the winter with a few families, it's quite good. Although there's no public transportation, it's easy to hail a ride right outside. The island's sightseeing buggy can also pick up and drop off guests to the bridgehead.
