Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one!
Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

GGuest UserTogether with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

SSHIANG TENGThe air conditioner is not cool, even after the staff checked it. There is a microwave and an ice machine. The front desk staff can speak English, Chinese and Korean very fluently. No matter where you are from, you can easily communicate with them. All in all, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

SShirleyC6464We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? The most important thing is to have a big bathtub 🛁
The only flaw is that their shower liquid contains too much essential oil. It seems like another layer of oil has been left on your body after you wash it off.
But the overall score is 4.5/5! There is a sea near the hotel. It only takes 10 minutes to go to the American Village.
Will stay here again if I go to Okinawa again

GGuest UserA great value of Apartment Residential for families staying at Mihama/Chatan with fully equipped with everything you need. Stayed in so called the Standard Room which was a 2 bedroom Suite equipped with 1 double + 1 single in each bedroom, perfectly fitted for a family of five, together with a living room, dining table, induction stove, fridge, separate toilet and washroom with bathtub, washing machine & dryer. What else you should ask for? No worries on parking as it provides free parking with 20+ parking slots just underneath the building. Easily access to anywhere, especially few minutes walking distance to American Village & Aeon Mall. Lawson is just right next to the hotel where Matsuya 松屋, Yoshinoya 吉野家, McDonalds, Sushi (はま寿司, 無添くら壽司) are within your radar range. Simple Express Check Out by just dropping the key into the designated box anytime. Highly recommended this to those family travelers visiting Mihama.

33devilThank you for 3 nights on a diving trip. The room was small because it was a one-person stay, but it was clean and comfortable. The sunset from the balcony is very beautiful! The cafe on the first floor recommends a very delicious smoothie. I had a meal at night, but I was able to respond to the request with a smile, and the conversation with the sister of the cute employee was fun, and I had a very enjoyable time. To take the airport limousine bus, I was very helpful to pick up and drop off to the nearby hotel in the morning!
