This is the first time for us to stay here. The hotel room and the bathroom is quite large. The location is perfect, silent and safe. We really love this hotel.

Disappointing Stay in the Corner Suite Booked the Corner Suite with Club Lounge access—expected comfort and style, but left disappointed. Room was large but dark and poorly furnished: just one chair in the sitting area, no minibar, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The beds were terrible—mattresses felt ancient, likely 15+ years old. Bathroom counters oddly high, clearly not designed with practicality in mind. As for the Club Lounge? Walked in and walked straight out. A joke, not worth mentioning. Definitely not worth the price.

The amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

It’s a fantastic hotel in den haag, staff are very helpful and friendly, room is big and comfy. Highly recommend!!

The room is nice Parking was near by but doesn’t belong to the hotel

We were there over the weekend and I listed three adults online and booked it. It was listed as a family room. However, when I arrived, it was a large room with only one king-size bed. Definitely too small for three adults. And the connecting door was closed. No slippers or bathrobe. We also only had two large towels in the bathroom. I expected more from a Hilton. The location is great. You can park directly below. However, you should book the parking ticket online. It only costs €29.70 for 24 hours.

Stayed for one night. The location is very good. Booked it for my child. I stayed at Marriott. I feel that this one is much better than Marriott.

We had a family vacation, took adjoining rooms, very stylish and cozy hotel in the city center... the restaurant on the first floor is just wow👍👍👍

I am quite satisfied with the Hilton Hotel in The Hague this time. The Royal Shopping Street is just across the street, with all kinds of restaurants. It is very convenient and worth it!

Facilities: Complete equipment, no toothbrush or toothpaste Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes walk from the Peace Palace Service: Very good, and they even gave me a comb
