酒店的前台和保安都很好，一直在幫忙和服務。房間也很好。是套間很清凈。房間很大，床也很大。
但是這麼好的住宿環境實在幹不過餐飲老闆的素質。
我們很滿意酒店的軟件和硬件，沒想到在海東遇到一個服務和住宿都不錯的酒店
但是！！早上去就餐，好心情全無。據悉這個酒店餐飲和住宿是兩個老闆。早上在餐廳詢問餐品，自稱餐飲老闆的這個人態度不僅惡劣，還叫囂600多一晚的酒店才啥都有。
呵呵，就你這個態度你這個素質你這服務水平你這做菜的口味，你怎麼好意思覺得你能佔到600多呢，你也配。
也奉勸一下住宿的老闆，你的好口碑可能都被餐飲這貨弄差了，畢竟他覺得他應該是600一晚酒店的餐飲部老闆。（不要打電話喊我們刪評論，問問餐飲）

房間很不錯，房間內也比較整潔乾淨，就是服務人員超級業餘。1.出來遊玩一個月第一次看到收按金的，攜程一般都是免按金入住，而且退房時另外一個房間的人退房直接給房卡就行。2.第一次給房卡開不開門，退房時客房部説了沒事，倆前台就跟沒聽見似的，我提醒還説客房部説的另外一個房間。3.賓客須知寫的14點退房，攜程寫的14點退房，前台為什麼手寫上12點退房，還一直提醒12點退房。總之房間還行，前台很差勁。

是一路上條件最好的一個酒店，但是價格不是最高的，距離機場10公里左右，在機場附近的一個鎮上，酒店床墊睡着很舒服。定的親子套房，房間很大。還配了小米智能影響，房間內的窗簾是語音控制的，有停車場，但是要收費

前台非常沒禮貌，辦入住時前台在搗手機，我們拿着身份證和她面對面完全無視，也不知道説一聲稍等，等了至少半分鐘，手機弄完再抬頭開口説話。安排的411親子間，大床小床枕頭都有毛髮，零食碎屑，床品沒有摺痕，衹有睡痕，電話前台後換到隔壁412，同樣小童床床品沒有更換過，除了毛髮還有污漬，問服務員可否更換，回答沒有小童床單了，衹有白床單，給我的感覺小童床品配套很少，幾乎不更換，大家入住要檢查一下，這家酒店並非一客一換！非常不衞生！早餐：住過那麼多酒店，第一次看到酒店限量一人衹給一個雞蛋的！還貼了大紙“不準打包外帶”，菜品有多高級，多好吃？需要打包外帶？你們可以設定不含早餐，含了你就給大家吃飽吧？住店是付錢住的，羊毛也是出在羊身上的！8：20多去吃早餐，已經沒有什麼吃的了，吃完的空盤不會再補。包子最後一個給前面的客人拿走，雞蛋衹給一個，大概衹有貓可以吃飽了。還第一次遇到服務員和住客搶電梯的。酒店硬件設施還是不錯的，但是服務不行。另外窗外左邊修路，右邊造房子，整一晚上都在施工，真的吵得頭疼。晚上不能開窗，紗窗可以擋住飛蛾，但擋不了密密麻麻的小蟲子，飛得床上全是。

此行最好酒店，價格便宜，房型合適，設施較好，兩台電視，互不幹擾。有停車位。缺點：1.沒有提醒客人早餐時間，格爾木酒店截止9:30，你這裡是9點，害我沒吃上早點，在街邊吃早點還被交警貼罰單，心情不好。2.客廳沙發後面很臟。3.卧室夜燈是感應燈，太不人性化了，稍一動就亮了，太影響睡眠了。
