位於繁華地段，吃飯逛街非常方便。房子環境不錯。

首先，本人出差到海東，住了好幾個酒店，服務都一般，但九易的前台王婷婷，專業周到，待人和藹，跟五星級酒店的前台可以相媲美，但有兩點不足
1、早飯太敷衍了，
2、605衞生間的地板破了一個很大的坑，但沒有任何維修在正常運營

這是一次很差很差的住宿體驗，説是有暖氣但房間冷的像地窖一樣，樓下噪音特大晚上睡不好，更奇葩的是連個熱水都沒有，早上着急出門衹能用涼水洗臉，，退房的時候硬説喝了一瓶水，水是我自己帶的，難道服務人員不知道每個房間配有那些物品嘛？

賓館所在位置交通方便，房間乾淨整潔衞生，房內各種設施配件齊全，但是今天所住的房間忘記給我放毛巾了，可能是服務員給忙忘了，其他都很好。

樓下有個ktv晚上吵的很，床還有個彈簧壞了凸起來了不舒服，廁所有小飛蟲，淋雨也壞了。
