The bathroom had no water and floor drain, and it smelled bad all night long. Some water pipes on the roof were noisy all night, and a few young people in the corridor were noisy all night. The sound insulation was like paper partitions. After the renovation, the walls were all dusty and had not been wiped. The elevator was in dilapidated condition, even the floor glue was found.
