Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The price-performance ratio is super high, it dropped my jaw. We checked in at the end of April, probably because it was the off-season before the long holiday. A sea view room including breakfast is only over 300, why would you want a bicycle! The room is big, the view is great, it is very quiet at night, there are no noisy neighbors, and the room has no odor and the drainage is unobstructed. The decoration is just a little old. The most recommended thing is the hotel's own hot spring and swimming pool. Just these two items can entertain you for a whole day. I didn't even have interest in going to the beach outside. This standard 50-meter swimming pool has a constant temperature and automatic circulation. The only drawback is that when there are classes in the swimming pool in the morning, you need to say hello before entering. Finally, I strongly recommend the fish spa pool, which is also my motivation to write a review. If anyone has skin diseases on their feet, it is definitely a good idea to come here. We guarantee that they will be cleaned up for you. The only downside is that the breakfast has too few varieties, the hotel's TV is not very good, and the decoration is too old, but for a five-star hotel that costs 300 per night, you don't ask for too much.

I originally booked a city view room, but after checking in, there was a problem with the door lock, so I was upgraded to a sea view room. The environment was nice! The air conditioning was also very good. I turned on the air conditioner downstairs, and it felt like the whole house was warm. The sea view was also beautiful.

The room is not small, the decoration style is in line with expectations, and it is rare that the photos of the merchants are so real! The scenery is super beautiful, but unfortunately it rained for 2 days and wasted such a beautiful sea view. The only drawback is that the location is in a village that has not been developed yet. The road to the village is very narrow. Many online car-hailing drivers do not understand the road conditions. There are many houses under construction and undemolition houses in the surrounding area. It is a little chaotic. Before coming, I also compared the surrounding homestays. Personally feel that this is the most cost-effective, next time you come to Haikou, there is a high probability that you will stay here.

Great stay experience, I'll come again next time! The most surprising thing about this trip was choosing this B&B! The environment is really great, the room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm, as comfortable as returning home~ The facilities are very complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept so well! The details are also very thoughtful, such as the fresh aromatherapy, cute decorations, and the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. The sunlight shining in in the morning is particularly healing. 👩💼 The host and the front desk staff are super nice! They patiently answered questions before check-in, recommended some niche check-in spots, and helped with car booking and luggage storage. All in all, it was a perfect experience! I have already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely stay here again next time! 💖

The hotel is located near the pier, with a superior location, and is near the duty-free city. The duty-free city opens at 10 am, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. It is a bit like the design of a large shopping mall in Macau. The room was upgraded free of charge, fully equipped, modern in design, clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and considerate. Whether checking in at the front desk or dining in the restaurant, the service staff left a good impression. We arrived at 9pm and had a midnight snack. It is also convenient to rent a car nearby.

A friend came to Hainan for a trip and needed to stay in Haikou. As the host, I was attracted by the environment of this hotel when considering the reception. The price was on the medium to high side, but after arriving, I was pleasantly surprised and decided to stay there. During the conversation with the front desk, I learned that it is a designer brand hotel. The hotel's environment is decorated in a Nanyang style, which makes people feel pleasant and relaxed. Unique features can be seen everywhere, which I can't help but sigh that it is indeed rare in Haikou. The hotel has just opened, but the service details are not reduced at all. The only regret is that breakfast is not yet open, but I will definitely come back to experience it next time.

I think it's very good. It's opposite Xixiu Beach. After checking in, we rested until about five in the afternoon, and then walked across the road to Xixiu Beach to play in the water. The small sofa in the room was very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was also very rich and great. When I left, I was given a bag of special partridge tea. The lady at the front desk was very professional and answered my questions several times very well!

I would say it's a top hotel. The condition of the room and the kindness of the staff were absolutely superb. In particular, the staff named Erin treated us warmly like a family. If you feel unwell during your stay here, don't hesitate to go to the front desk and ask for help. They will be glad to help you.

The room is spacious and clean, facilities is maintained very well. Bravo to Xiao Mai who provide me begin to end personal service. The buffet breakfast and dinner are satisfying which allow us to taste all type of local specialities. And the little fresh made bread serve during the buffet are cute and delicious. Thanks to the F&B team and the lady staff who assist us on member promo rate in the buffet restaurant, the whole team are friendly and helpful.
