Haikou Meilan District Hotels

This hotel is super convenient, right in Terminal 1 of the airport, and the soundproofing is great. The only thing is there might be a lingering cleaning product smell in the room, so you need to open the window to air it out. The staff were all very nice. I ordered takeout, but they couldn't deliver directly to the room, so I had to go downstairs to the **counter to pick it up. The place called 'Yue Lao' is delicious.

The hotel's location is very convenient for flights, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. The room was clean and tidy. The one I booked was a bit small, but it was spotless and had no smoke smell at all. I later noticed a warning on the wall strictly prohibiting smoking in the rooms. The airport shuttle service was excellent; the front desk lady even called me in the morning to remind me about my flight, so I wouldn't miss it. Highly recommend!

## Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and check-in was quick. The housekeeping staff was friendly; upon seeing I had a child with me, they proactively offered extra children's slippers and toiletries. ## Room: The room was more spacious than expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was fast and consistent. ## Other: The hotel's location is convenient, and the local specialty noodles at breakfast were delicious.

I visited Haikou with friends during the National Day holiday and met the hospitable and lovely landlady on the very first day. She treated us to drinks and delicious food. We all chatted and had a great time :D The landlady is beautiful and kind, and her sister is also very pretty and cheerful. Both are very talkative and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic stay! The rooms have private bathrooms, and the dorm beds have curtains for privacy. Everyone was warm and interesting, and I met some lovely fellow travelers. The location is also excellent. You can walk to Haida Night Market, and there are many restaurants offering delicious food and a wide variety of goods. Taxis are easy to catch, and if you walk a bit further from the entrance, there's a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to visit! The best Banana (referring to the hostel name)! It's a pity I didn't take many photos. So, I'll just show the character '好' (good) that I left behind while playing games with a cute little girl I met at Banana, and the delicious meal made by an amazing young lady from Chongqing, haha. Words can't fully express how wonderful Banana is; everyone should come and experience it for themselves!

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

The staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they patiently answered my travel questions. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

I stayed here because I had an early flight, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any airplane noise and had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient. They proactively asked about my flight time and reminded me about the shuttle. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, the quality was good, especially the Hainanese noodle soup, which tasted very authentic. It was really satisfying to have a hot meal before catching my flight. Highly recommended! This is definitely the top choice for travelers with layovers or early morning flights. I'll be back again!
