Whenever I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with reservations, he responded promptly with helpful, What stood out most was he proactive willingness to assist: one evening, when I encountered a small issue with my room, he resolved it swiftly and followed up personally to ensure I was satisfied.On check-out, leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly commend Xiao Deng for he outstanding service and would gladly recommend your hotel to others, knowing they will be in such capable and caring hands.

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

This is indeed a great hotel to stay, as it is very family friendly, good locations, with lots of nice food around the areas.

It was late at night when I landed in Haikou on a business trip. I came to the front desk with my suitcase and a bulky briefcase. Xiao Ming at the front desk arranged it very well. She arranged a quiet room with a desk for me, which made my online meeting the next day more convenient. I also got a welcome drink and exchanged it for a cup of iced coconut latte to start a new day of work~

The location is excellent, just opposite Wanlv Park. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the beach. The new Chinese style decoration, with pine trees and flowing water everywhere, is very artistic. The decoration and furniture are very new and clean, exceeding expectations. It is on the first floor of the fourth floor, and you have to pass through the lobby when entering and leaving, which is very safe. There are several separate tea rooms where you can talk about things, make phone calls, and drink tea. Although there are not many types of breakfast, there are freshly cooked noodles, which also have a unique local flavor.

It feels like a stylish hotel. There are six rooms in the whole hotel. Each room has a different layout and style. The decoration details are very good. This time I stayed in the suite ”Huan” on the third floor. There is only one room on the third floor. Next to it is the hotel's terrace. The suite has a space of more than 60 square meters. There are two small balconies inside. It may be because it is an old building. So I feel that the bathroom has a strong damp smell. The kind that can't be dispelled. The hotel has a superior location. It is right in the old arcade street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Their service is also very good. I called to ask about the parking lot before checking in. After arriving, a service staff will come to help with the luggage and check in. There is also a hotel explanation service. The service staff at the front desk are also very good. The service is thoughtful and patient. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast will select the staple food and egg set in advance. The taste is very good. It is still a relatively satisfactory hotel🏨🏨🏨

The B&B is about 5 kilometers away from Guanhai Tower. It is in a great location and it is convenient to go anywhere by Didi. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. Our family drinks a lot of water. Please ask her to bring us water several times. Highly recommended

A friend came to Hainan for a trip and needed to stay in Haikou. As the host, I was attracted by the environment of this hotel when considering the reception. The price was on the medium to high side, but after arriving, I was pleasantly surprised and decided to stay there. During the conversation with the front desk, I learned that it is a designer brand hotel. The hotel's environment is decorated in a Nanyang style, which makes people feel pleasant and relaxed. Unique features can be seen everywhere, which I can't help but sigh that it is indeed rare in Haikou. The hotel has just opened, but the service details are not reduced at all. The only regret is that breakfast is not yet open, but I will definitely come back to experience it next time.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The takeaway was delivered by a robot and the kids loved it. The hotel's location is also very good, convenient to go everywhere. The first floor is especially suitable for business office and reading, with a great atmosphere. It is an excellent choice and highly recommended!
