Hotels in Pearl Plaza, Haikou

Throughout my stay, Front Desk Xiao Deng went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whenever I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with reservations, he responded promptly with helpful, What stood out most was he proactive willingness to assist: one evening, when I encountered a small issue with my room, he resolved it swiftly and followed up personally to ensure I was satisfied.On check-out, leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly commend Xiao Deng for he outstanding service and would gladly recommend your hotel to others, knowing they will be in such capable and caring hands.

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

Whether you arrive in the early morning or check in late at night, the 24-hour flexible check-in system completely solves time anxiety! Free drinks are available in the mini bar in the room, the laundry service is efficient and considerate, and the scheduled pick-up is punctual and reliable. The hotel is close to the train station and the business district, so there is no pressure to travel and shop. The most surprising thing is the breakfast! Chinese and Western hot food is freshly made, as well as local snacks. The morning tea is beautiful and delicious, and the room is a plus point. The quality is reflected in every detail. High cost performance!

Look Beyond Hotel is in a beautiful location that makes exploring the area an absolute breeze. What really stands out is the convenience of having affordable public parking lots nearby, which takes the stress out of finding a spot. (Ask me where?) Plus, being within walking distance to so many attractions is a huge bonus. It’s the perfect place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The whole house is intelligent, the voice control is very convenient, the facilities are very new, the parking is convenient, and the room is upgraded intimately. The nearby Dad tea must be tasted. Haikou stops at Wanning Lingshui, very convenient, not far from the old street of Qilou, you can also visit the Haida Night Market at night

The apartment is located on Binhai Avenue, facing the Haidian River, opposite the old pier of the hotel, the view is very good. Along Binhai Avenue, you can lead to the Bund, you can see the landmark Century Bridge in Haikou, and the Haikou Internet celebrity check-in place such as Yundong Bookstore.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

It feels like a stylish hotel. There are six rooms in the whole hotel. Each room has a different layout and style. The decoration details are very good. This time I stayed in the suite ”Huan” on the third floor. There is only one room on the third floor. Next to it is the hotel's terrace. The suite has a space of more than 60 square meters. There are two small balconies inside. It may be because it is an old building. So I feel that the bathroom has a strong damp smell. The kind that can't be dispelled. The hotel has a superior location. It is right in the old arcade street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Their service is also very good. I called to ask about the parking lot before checking in. After arriving, a service staff will come to help with the luggage and check in. There is also a hotel explanation service. The service staff at the front desk are also very good. The service is thoughtful and patient. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast will select the staple food and egg set in advance. The taste is very good. It is still a relatively satisfactory hotel🏨🏨🏨

The hotel lobby looks very comfortable, and there is free parking. The front desk lady Zien provided good service. When checking in, she also gave us a special drink from the hotel, which tasted delicious. The bedding in the room was comfortable and the items were complete. The hotel breakfast was very rich. I tried all the must-eats recommended by the lady, which were superb. I will stay here again next time.
