2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

This price is really worth staying in such a hotel. The location is very convenient and it is very close to the high-speed rail station. The room is just the right size, the bedding is good, the overall decoration is genuine, the tea in the room is of Jinjiang standard, the coffee is also good, the most comfortable thing is that there is body moisturizing lotion after taking a shower, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is smiling and the room type is upgraded for free. After checking in, they called the robot to send a small fruit plate. The friendly service attitude is like going home~

I stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app). The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use. The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool. I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

Requested for pool view during booking but given non pool viewing side. Was told level 7 is non smoking floor but smoke flood the whole floor. There is no booking of taxi from the reception counter and have to walk about 150m to the main road to flag for taxi with full of luggage. In general, hotel is clean and breakfast is OK. Location is about 2 km from high speed rail station. About 1 km away from newly open Paradise Walk. Super big shopping mall with Wang Hao Supermarket. Lots of F&B outlets at L3 & L4 and price is reasonable. .

I love this hotel so muchhhh~ due to their exterior mordern design and despite having my parents who are too old to climb stairs, they gave us level 2 instead of level 4. So kind of the 帅哥哥, 哈哈~ cause they really don't have an elevator here. More like exercising with stairs, the hotel room was very spacious and they have the toiletries you need. same as my previous hotel, there were no fridge but is okay. There's also a shared laundry area, to dry, iron and more. There's hotel umbrella to use too! Checking out was cool, you get to self checkout! Area around the hotel is convenient, near to Haikou Train station! Plus buffet eatery in a few blocks. If you want to go for more eatery or shopping, you will need to call for a cab, or you may ask the staff to help call for a cab :) The staffs are very nice and one of the staff, wenwen she gave me some great locations to explore in Haikou. Thank you so much! Really appreciated! Plus they also provide Breakfast services, which includes with 1 set of 2 bread, 1 milk/soymilk, fruits. You can even ask them to send it to your room! And OMG they even have the ice cream MACHINE 😭😍 you get to do it yourself! I nailed it on my first try..😅 tasty vanilla ice cream! Area around hotel is cleanliness 🥰 they also have vending machine to get your coffee day started~ There's also a cafe that's opening soon, I really would like to try their coffee someday once is fully opened! Overall is a great vibe, chill place, good place for couples and friends/kids to hang out. Except it'll be abit hard for the elderly cause it's just stairs. Their Toilet is clean and spacious~ shower cubicle too~ their mirror is soo cool they have this touch on n off button on the mirror for the mirror light. And if you need help or services, feel free to add their wechat using the QR code while you're in your room and they'll help with whatever you need. It's soo high tech in this hotel. Would totally go for it again! haha

This hotel is really [strong]. The pretty lady at the front desk knew that I was taking my mother out for a vacation, so she upgraded our room. I didn't think it was a big deal at first, but when I got back to the room, I was stunned. The room was carefully decorated and my mother was very happy. I originally planned to go to Sanya the next day, but after talking to my mother, I decided to stay one more night. The attractions in Haikou are also very good and close to the hotel. It's not bad. The most important thing is that when I swiped the room card at the front desk, it was still the lady from yesterday. She also made an appoin**ent for me to take us to the high-speed rail station for free tomorrow. After learning that this is their 24-hour pick-up service, they can also take us to the airport. I stayed there on the return trip, which saved me from worrying about not being able to call a taxi.

I randomly chose a hotel in the city that can pick up and drop off the airport. I was quite surprised when I checked in. The airport pick-up was on time and I contacted them as soon as I landed. When I checked in, each ID card was wrapped with a protective film, and each room was given a plate of mangoes. The room was very clean, but there were not enough USB ports. Overall, it is worth recommending and I will come again next time.

The location is just beside the shopping mall which has lots of eating places and beauty services for hair, facial and nails etc. The room itself was clean and quite. There is a washing machine and a dryer available and I just need to hand over my clothes to the staff to take care of everything. I will definitely return on my next trip to Haikou!

The hotel is newly renovated, clean and tidy. It also has a gym and billiards. There is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby, breakfast, a robot that can deliver takeout, and free meal coupons for children. The rooms are all smart, and the children are happy to open and close the curtains with voice. The voice song request is full of atmosphere. The location is also convenient for transportation. It's great.

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.
