2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

Hotel location is super convenient. There is a large shopping mall nearby. The room environment is quite good. It is very wide. There is a laundry room on the fifth floor. Miss Ying at the front desk is very kind. The two rooms also have a free lunch upgrade. This service is great! Good service, good environment, very satisfied

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.

This hotel is located near the high-speed rail station. The room is very quiet, the scenery is beautiful, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there is plenty of parking space for guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are all available, making people feel warm. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. The room for three people only included two breakfasts. The front desk guy asked for a free breakfast [strong] The hotel's service attitude was very good. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, and parking is convenient. The sanitation of the room is very good, clean and tidy, without any odor, making people comfortable and at ease.

I randomly chose a hotel in the city that can pick up and drop off the airport. I was quite surprised when I checked in. The airport pick-up was on time and I contacted them as soon as I landed. When I checked in, each ID card was wrapped with a protective film, and each room was given a plate of mangoes. The room was very clean, but there were not enough USB ports. Overall, it is worth recommending and I will come again next time.

I think its ”Oriental aesthetics” design, wood-colored decoration, warm lighting create a warm atmosphere, and public areas are often equipped with books and tea sets, which are suitable for business or leisure travelers like us. Some branches incorporate local cultural elements to enhance the stay experience. The room is clean, the bedding is clean, and the bathroom is well received for its dry and wet separation design. The front desk service responds quickly and provides convenient services such as luggage storage and late check-out.

The room environment is very good, the hotel is in a good location, close to the business district, close to colleges and universities, close to the high-speed rail station, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good! I stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app). The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use. The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool. I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

設施：雖説挺智能，但是這個智能ai怎麼叫都召喚不出來，這就算了，但是不清楚為什麼明明晚上睡覺的時候空調是開着的，然後早上就被熱醒了。。你猜我為什麼會無語。。你猜我為什麼會被熱醒。。大早上被熱醒一肚子火。。是中途有斷電的情況還是説設施還不成熟？睡醒僅存的一點力氣想召喚一下ai，也召喚不出來。哎 衞生：床邊邊上有橘子皮，以為是這個酒店的特色，入住有橘子香啥的，還覺得挺有意思，跟哄小孩一樣，結果一問下去，酒店房間並不會放橘子皮，那意思就是上個客人走的時候客房阿姨沒有打掃乾淨對嗎？但是除了這點以外，其他沒有什麼不乾淨的衞生，整個房間還是很整潔的。 環境：這個價位的酒店，有這樣的環境其實覺得還是不錯的，房間廁所洗漱台啥的設計其實還可以，畢竟原本想着湊合一晚，新開的酒店，但是他可能因為設施比較新吧，住起來不會感覺很臟很老很爛，還是挺滿意的，其實原本也不會來住，衹是因為離地鐵站近，方便趕飛機 服務：這個酒店沒有管家服務，已經是晚上才到辦理的，前台兩個人入住還特別慢，給了身份證又要看訂單訊息啥的比其他酒店會稍微麻煩一點，然後離店後我們有遺留一些一次性用品，酒店有打電話過來諮詢是否還要，這挺好的。 早餐：樣式不多吧，都是碳水低脂一點的食物，真想吐槽……要不是因為他那個麪好吃，（但是牛肉麪的話，衹給三塊指甲蓋大小的肉丁感覺有點摳搜了）我真會被氣死，特別無敵熱，大早上的被熱醒上樓吃個早餐流一身汗，衣服都能擠出水了誇不誇張，況且我並不是三百斤的胖子我才90斤我並不是脂肪特別多特別怕熱的人還能給我熱成這樣。。廚房出來的服務員都一直在扇衣服大家都很熱，是你們酒店提倡環保然後不管人死活不可真開空調還是咋地。。 最後是：以上問題我們通過酒店房間的二維碼進行投訴後，在吃早餐的時候酒店的電話就一直打過來，沒接因為火大，後面我們回到家裡了之後接通了電話，酒店給的解決方案是給我們一張他們品牌連鎖的什麼類似會員卡能打88折，但是不是很需要，因為你們酒店的創始人我也認識😂
