Ice machine broken, tv didn’t work, mold on the wall in the bathroom and baseboard water damaged . Nice people working there though

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. There is only a superstore nearby, and the rest is not very convenient ~ but it is still a good choice to choose this hotel at the end of the trip. There is a bridge across the distance from downtown, and you need to pay coin $1.25 to cross the bridge⋯

Stayed at this hotel many times. Always found it very good. Property is older and showing age somewhat, but, still quite presentable. Breakfast is no longer included and was delayed, and we had not time to wait, so, went elsewhere, as we had to pay anyway. Too bad things are always changing in life.

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were excellent...both front desk and restaurant. The restaurant menu is a little limited...however, supper and breakfast were very good.

We had 4 staff staying here. One had black mold in the room, the shower only had hot water, elevator wasn't working, heater was loud and difficult to figure out, heater was on high when the guest entered the room and the room was way too hot.

First room the door wouldn’t close. Opened by just pushing on it. An internet searched showed others with the same issue 4 months earlier. Staff were courteous and friendly and provided an alternative room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Towels are tiny but I’m big. Walking into the hotel was gross as the smokers from the on-site pub stand outside the door. It leaves one with the impression you’re walking into a less than par establishment. The hotel itself has character inside. Location was perfect for my needs.
