We arrived early in the morning 5:00 ,and the night Portier was very rude. Not really helpful. Later under the stay, the same
experience with him. The day shift staff was helpfully and friendly.
Unfortunately there was an event outside the hotel under our stay what leads to noise disturbing early in the morning under our stay.

January 2025, there were very few people in the hotel, it felt like the hotel was just for us. We had neighbors, but we did not hear them at all. The room is clean, cozy, we especially liked the very comfortable chairs with a table, we drank coffee with a view of the sea.
Breakfast to order, filled out the form upon check-in, in the morning we received the entire order. There was a lot of food, varied and tasty.
The staff is responsive, everyone speaks English, in extreme cases they use a translator. We used the laundry service, clothes were brought in the morning, after breakfast.

This is the hotel that made me consider writing down all the experiences of my stay in the middle of the night to prevent more consumers from suffering injustice when they go abroad. The lobby and room hygiene are really dirty and messy. No matter what, for other hotels I have stayed in, the hotel manager would contact me as soon as I pointed out any shortcomings and make adjustments and apologize. However, the front desk receptionist of this Baisaimonsen Hotel in Vietnam had an extremely bad attitude towards customer service. We had already booked and paid for the room one night in advance, and did not provide any food, accommodation or other services of the hotel for free. At around 8:30 in the morning, we arrived at the hotel and asked the front desk if we could check in. The hotel front desk informed us that the guests who checked in last night had not checked out yet and there were no clean rooms available for check-in. OK, we all understand this. We simply asked if the luggage could be stored. After the arrangement, we took our family, young and old, out to visit Sun Mountain in Halong Bay, and deliberately waited until after 14 pm. We returned to the hotel at check-in time, arrived at the store at 14:10 to start check-in, and started asking at 14:13 whether two children's meals could be added to breakfast tomorrow. The front desk directly increased the price temporarily and charged VND 2,000,000 per child without occupying a bed, totaling VND 4,000,000. I highly recommend this hotel... The Staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. They helped us to book a ha long Bay cruise. Very nice people. You will feel really hosted. Perfect view on the hand long bay..... you must stay here, you will not regret

I had a superior double with a sea view & it’s was such a gorgeous room. Banquet and reception staff were so kind to me. The ladies in the massage/spa area when I was looking for the gym were very cold to me. The breakfast was delicious. The location is alittle bit far from everything other than the port of you are walking.

We had a great time here. Hotel is super clean and is very close to major tourist attraction. All the staff, they are super friendly, esp phong and thanh, they accommodate you as per your requirement. Breakfast has wide variety of food and they customise it as per your requirement. Also used the spa service and the gym, it’s super clean and has all the features. I would highly recommend this place.
