SENBO Nature Park and Resort Reviews

This hotel had been on my favorites list for a long time, and I finally brought my parents to experience it this Chinese New Year. I booked a family villa, and it was absolutely perfect. The entire hotel is quite expansive; besides the standard rooms in the main building, there are numerous villa accommodations. It really feels more like a resort, very private. Although it's been around for a while, everything is still very well-maintained. The delivery service to the villas and the shuttle bus response times were also very quick. I highly recommend it for families with children; they could easily spend two full days here.

Coco, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful and warm! She prepared a detailed travel guide for us and was attentive throughout our stay, always proactively checking if we needed anything. We'll definitely request her again next time! Overall, we had a fantastic time at the park too, a truly great experience.

Very family-friendly, and the breakfast spread is absolutely fantastic. However, I do need to point out a few unreasonable things. They don't provide slippers in the water play area, and walking around barefoot is practically a death wish. Plus, the changing rooms for showering are completely open to ventilation, making them freezing cold. And the animal feeding prices? Feels like a rip-off. Aside from those issues, everything else was quite good and suitable for toddlers.

Having Xixi around makes everything so easy; she planned out all the entertainment and dining spots perfectly. The Rainforest restaurant is definitely worth revisiting; the food is prepared with such care. The Wild Goose restaurant also has great flavors, and that bamboo shoot dish was particularly delicious. The water park has a nice environment, but it's a shame the outdoor section wasn't open. I'll have to come back again when it is.

I genuinely recommend this hotel to all travelers! Overall, the housekeeper Xixi provided excellent service, and it's definitely worth a visit!

The hotel truly excels in its attention to detail. Our room had children's slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, and even a small toilet seat. In the common areas, the corner protectors everywhere showed a strong commitment to family safety. Housekeeper Xixi was also very attentive and followed up on everything.

The room was very clean, and the staff cleaned it promptly. Traveling with a baby, all the staff were very kind. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The Fantasy Island at Senbo is perfect for kids; it's truly a children's paradise. The hotel stay was great (P.S. "Tong Tong" the butler was excellent too, providing prompt and exceptional service for all our needs! Thumbs up! 👍)

Coco's service truly doubled the joy of our trip to Senbo! The hotel environment is incredibly therapeutic, with lush greenery throughout the resort and air so fresh you just want to take deep breaths. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; Coco was always checking in on us and even gave us detailed information about breakfast times and locations.

Our housekeeper, Tongtong, was absolutely wonderful! She gave us thoughtful reminders about everything we needed to know. The shuttle service made getting around very convenient. Our room was surrounded by lush greenery, and opening the window brought in the fresh scent of plants, making it perfect for a holiday. When we couldn't find something, she quickly helped us locate it, and even gave us a thoughtful little gift when we checked out. It was a fantastic vacation experience! The water park was super fun, we spent two full days there. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Super comfortable Service: Great, very attentive.

Absolutely terrible, the whole experience was awful. The shuttle driver drove off while my child was still getting out, almost throwing them from the vehicle. The floors were soaking wet from mopping with no 'wet floor' signs. For the 'God of Wealth' event, they gave out cheap, imitation chocolate. If they had told us beforehand, we wouldn't have taken it. My child ate it and it stuck to the roof of their mouth, we had to use a toothbrush to get it off back in the room. They market themselves as a family-friendly hotel to make money, but the service is shockingly bad. Dreamland (or 'Fantasy Island') was ridiculously dark. By midday, the water park reeked of stale water – it was horrendous everywhere. The tables in the water park restaurant still had dried ketchup stains that hadn't been wiped off. I won't be going back, nor would I recommend it to any family.

Let's get straight to the point: our holiday trip to Senbo was a success, all thanks to our butler, Tongtong. She sent thoughtful reminders about things to note, and even helped us extend the validity of our Fantasyland tickets. My child didn't want to leave, and Tongtong even sorted out a nail clipper issue late at night. We had a late check-out at 12 PM because my child loves to sleep in, and Tongtong happily accommodated our request. At check-out, she thoughtfully gave us a New Year photo frame, which added a lovely touch! Everyone had a great time. A huge thank you to Tongtong! Wishing Tongtong a smooth and happy new year at work! Facilities: The hotel had everything a child could possibly need – it was beyond my expectations. There was nothing they didn't have, only things you might not end up using. Environment: Lots of greenery, and we stayed in a wooden cabin. There were no issues with soundproofing; even with rain at night, we couldn't hear a thing once the patio door was closed. Service: Although our cabin was a bit far, the shuttle buses arrived quickly, usually within five minutes. Since we were with a child, the shuttle drivers would always get out and help us when they parked. All the hotel staff were so friendly and greeted us whenever we saw them.

What a wonderful coincidence to have such a great experience at Kaiyuan Senbo! One day and one night truly wasn't enough, we definitely need to come back! There are other parks in the series too; while the kids are still young and we're not yet old, let's try to visit them all!

The best thing about coming to Kaiyuan Senbo was meeting our housekeeper, Tongtong! Her service was so thoughtful, just like family. The room facilities were excellent, and the park environment was so beautiful that every picture I took looked amazing. It was a super comfortable stay!
