The hotel was average and offered no extra services. There was no one to carry luggage. I'd rate it 3 stars. I made special requests that weren't considered. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. Hotel is very clean and neat. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a good location and very close to west lake and many shopping areas.

Location is quite good, walking distance to the metro and West Lake. The room was upgraded. It is clean and has full facilities. As we enjoyed the promotion price this time, we will recommend to others if the price is reasonable.

Like the hotel location. Near to shopping mall and westlake. Hotel provide sightseeing tour to westlake and to surrounding attraction with reasonable price.

This hotel is really worth staying at. The cleaning staff are all very friendly. The younger service staff are also very kind and friendly, but the older ones... not so much. The room has a bathtub, which is great for relaxing after a long day out. The hotel is close to West Lake, and there are many night markets and shopping areas nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

If looking for a hotel near the west lake, this would be the one to go. Unfortunately they don’t offer a laundry room so if you are staying for more than a few days it’s not that convenient. Also checkout latest is 1pm compared to other hotels that might offer until later

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake, North Zhongshan Road, Central Zhongshan Road, and Hubin Yintai. It's super convenient for going out for a stroll and a bite to eat in the evening, and there's even a night market near West Lake recently, which is so much fun! There's also a fantastic Jiomiyang hotpot restaurant near the hotel! The front desk staff were great, they even upgraded our room to a top-floor room, which was very quiet and overall very clean. The hotel feels like an older establishment, but the room layout and everything else were perfectly fine. The front desk staff also helped us store our luggage, which was very helpful.

My friends raved about this hotel I booked. It's ideally located, offering a quiet escape while being just a 200-meter stroll from the bustling Ding'an Road or Yan'an Road. Another 200 meters brings you to the subway station or West Lake, which is perfect for tourists. The staff aren't overly warm, but they're efficient and quickly resolve any issues, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing much-needed rest after long days of sightseeing. For the last two days of our trip, they upgraded me to a lake view room, where I could even catch the West Lake musical fountain at night. Despite its quiet surroundings, the hotel is surrounded by great dining options. Downstairs, there's a delicious Shaoxing restaurant, and across the street, a small eatery serves amazing scallion oil noodles. The hotel's own breakfast buffet is excellent, priced at 36 per person, and has everything you could want, especially the incredibly tasty xiao long bao!

The hotel upgraded our room, which made the overall experience fantastic. The rooftop garden was a pleasant surprise, offering views of West Lake. Even with the continuous rain, I walked around the garden with an umbrella, enjoying the scent of osmanthus and the sight of柚子 (pomelos) hanging ripe on the branches, truly a feeling of abundance. It was a romantic experience, even in the rain.

Stayed here for a night while checking out the west lake in Hangzhou. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, upgraded me from a windowless to a window room. Also provided with some info about places to eat nearby. Overall had a lovely stay.

Our 2nd hotel stay this trip. All is good as expected for all good hotels. Room were good, beds had super single X2. Cleanliness were tip top. No breakfast. Food hunt is easy. Take Didi to anywhere for 1km above to enjoy your stay. We had a few rides to food locale didn't regret it. Walking to West Lake was a breeze, easy and were all within walking distance. Many retailers and food can be found around this hotel.

That would be great if they have more varieties for breakfast.....but it was a good stay in general
