The way to the parking in the adjacent parking house is a little adventureful. The hotel set during the Euro Tier exhibition is very close to Hanover Central Station. In fact, it takes about 800 meters to walk from the back door of the station. The stone road along the way is a little hard to drag the luggage. The road is slightly dark at night, so you should pay attention to it alone. The price during the exhibition can't be said. It is booked more than half a month in advance. The big bed room with early and city tax has been close to RMB 3,300 a night. Fortunately, probably because it is a member, the hotel directly upgraded me to the corner room. The room is too big to be spectrum, and there is a small balcony. For the business trip party that leaves early and returns late, it is simply wasteful. The bathroom is quite strange, divided into two rooms, a toilet and a small washbasin, a bathtub and a large washbasin, there are also doors, wake up in the middle of the night, a little awkward, easy to open the wrong door. Breakfast was good and the waiters were generally friendly.

The hotel has a boutique feel and we were warmly welcomed on arrival with the guest form ready for us. The breakfast,for only 9,50€,was a bargain and is definitely worth having. The room and en suite bathroom were fine. Only one pillow per person was not a problem for us but might be for others.. The lift needs time to arrive so if you're in a hurry to leave then allow extra time or take the stairs.Free coffee varieties from a machine were available all day in the lounge area,which was nice. All in all an excellent experience.

Only 13.00 arrived at the hotel. Rooms were already free (or we would have just put the bags off) but we were calculated 10 euros per hour for earlier check-in, i.e. 20 euros in addition. Unsuitable and unconsidered: if all travellers check in at point 15.00, stress would come. In turn, we have not received any refund, although we check out 1.5 hours before date. Location great, very central. Rooms really really really mini small! Washing basin in the bedroom, no privacy. Breakfast class.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Hannover to attend a Scorpions concert. The hotel is on a relatively quiet street but a leisurely 10 minute stroll will have you in the heart of the old town. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary minibar is an added bonus. Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

The hotel is centrally located and therefore very well suited for a city tour. Personal was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is kept overview, but no one should still hungry. Price-performance is ok. Rooms were conveniently furnished and clean. When selecting the rooms, you should be careful to see that they are behind and not to the marketplace. Then it is also quiet 😊 If I should be again in Hannover for 2-3 days, I will certainly consider the hotel again.
