Little Japan area, many coffee shops and nice restaurants nearby, enjoyed there very much

I was feeling unwell when I stayed at this hotel, but not only the receptionist but all the staff were always concerned about my health. I felt that this was a hotel with excellent service. After I recovered, I went into the large public bath with slightly hot water, which Japanese people love, and it felt amazing. This may have been the best Azmiya I've ever stayed at.

I wanted to stay at the second store, but there were no vacancies, so I stayed at the third store. I thought it was nicer than the second store, but it was a bit sad that there were no restaurants nearby. But considering the cost performance, it's not a problem.

The rooms are clean and all amenities are provided. There is a cold bath and sauna. For breakfast you can choose between a buffet or a set menu. You can rest assured that the food is Japanese.

If you're staying for 2 nights, it's fine even if there are no windows. The breakfast is delicious.

日本語でサービスを受けれるのは良いが、少し問題があった際に宿泊者の目の前で受付の方が同僚とベトナム語で文句を言ってこちらが悪いように言うのは、その他のサービスが悪く見えてしまい気分も悪くなるため控えたほうが良いと思う。 私はベトナム語が聞き取れるがあえて無視しましたが、ベトナム語がわからない方にとっても嫌そうな顔でお話をされてたら良い気分にはならないと思います。 その後ホテルの隣りにある猫カフェに癒されに行きました。

レセプションは親切で感じがいい。基本的に日本語対応可能。7階の露天風呂は日本人にとって嬉しい限り。部屋は必要最小限だが1泊なので全く問題ない。

ホテルの設備、清潔度はいつも通り完璧で部屋にゴミ等全くありません。ベットメーキングのスタッフが素晴らしいと思います。朝食は今回ブッフェスタイルで満足です。今回残念だった所は館内に工事の騒音がある旨告知されてはいたものの、工事がかなり早い時間から始まった事です(7時頃)。

屋上の露天風呂と朝飯が最高です。 日本テレビも視聴出来るので今後も利用させて頂きます。
