The most welcoming and helpful staff. The location was great. Room is very clean and just the right size. this is a value for money hotel!

Was at counter waiting to checkin and the receptionist asked us to wait and kept talking to a lady for like half an hour, then only tell us we have to come back to checkin after 2pm, we really don't understand why make us waited half an hour for a 5 seconds answer while she knew we wanted to checkin
