It’s written in the website that the hotel offer Shuttle. Don’t rely on it. Is extremely limited. When I arrived after more than 12 hours traveling, from the airport I contacted the hotel about the shuttle, I was told that at that time no shuttle until tomorrow at 7 am. I took Taxi, on arrival and checked in, the key I get, the room was not ready. No lining on the bed.
When leaving I booked the shuttle from the new guy before to leave at 7 am. Waited 1/2 hour for them to get the end a Uber to take me and almost lost my flight.
Never again, and don’t even mention breakfast and cleanliness!

The location is close to the highway, in an office/industrial area. The staff was very friendly. The room was large and clean. There were some dried paint drips on the carpet and we had to plug in some of the lights to get them working. The AC unit was less noisy than most so we slept well. The elevators were v e r y s l o w but otherwise functional. Unfortunately, our morning started with barely luke warm water that never warmed enough to stand in the spray. The breakfast was disappointing. It might have been better earlier, but by 7:30 AM the hash browns were cold and the eggs were very dried out. The hotel is convenient to the area around Arundel Mills. We rated higher than the property really deserved because the staff was so friendly.

The people next to me was hveing a party they was smoking smoke was coming in my room so I didn’t get any sleep the tv didn’t work the first room they gave me had hair all in the sink makeup on the sheets and the toilet was broke. This is a hotel I like but last night was totally unacceptable and uncomfortable

We were checked into a dirty room. The air conditioning did not work. ******* rebooked me this room as my original reservation was canceled! Not very happy with the experience I had and the hotel was further away from where we were attending a concert. I planned out my stay weeks prior by booking the ALoft hotel In Baltimore and was bummed to stay in the Clarion. It was dirty, smelled bad and not the type of hotel I would ever seek to stay at!

Room spelled to high Heaven. Refrigerator didn’t work and had an old nasty towel in it. Thankfully I travel with Lysol when I stay in hotels. And the bed pillows were not good. Stop buy cheap and they will last longer.
The bright spot was the young lady at the desk in the evening and again the following morning. She was friendly and greeted me with a smile each passing.
Rooms need a major update.

The staff was very accommodating for what they had to offer! The hotel needs a complete renovation! Wallpaper was stapled to the wall and mold throughout the ceiling

$100 deposit unexpected. Expected $60 like ******* said. Other than that, great views from the balcony… rough furniture and peeling paper wall.
