The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air, ventilated on all sides, and a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There is a free guided tour of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The hardware in the room is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

1. Nice property, situated in between coffee plantation with scenic view. 2. Great food at multi cuisine restaurant. 3. Nature walk in the evening was very good. 4. Rooms were well maintained and check in/out process was smooth. 5. Hospitality of staff was good. They helped us in all aspects.

The property is located approximately 2 km from main road and it's quite amazing. The food is good. The rooms are quite big and spacious. But the service is quite slow due to full occupancy in the weekend.

The property is huge and wonderful. The rooms are also large sized and comfy. There are engaging things for kids to do. The only thing it fell short of is kids friendly food - all restaurants didn't have ***y options. Also that the room service was quite slow.

As usual, great stay with great experience. Love the ambience, the hospitality of the staff, the food and the services. Had a great time with kids and extended family. Special mentions - Vijay and Pragati for being very hospitable and caring during our stay. Thanks a lot. Travel community - it is a must visit destination for folks who would like to get away from the city's hustle and bustle and have some me time with family and nature :)

Overall good experience. Hospitality was good. The ambience is good , spread over 100 acres coffee plantation, in house organic produce, rich in biodiversity. Property is is new and maintained clean and hygiene. Would love to come again with family.

Rosetta..a lovely property..beautifully planned amidst lush greenery. Their concept of open shower is a hit and very innovative. The staff of all the departments were well ***nered and always ready to help and make you feel at home..exceptional. Special mention of Ms Anusha of front office. The food is awesome..with beautifully crafted dishes which were appealing at the same time very delicious..and such a wide variety. Credit goes to their chef Malik and his team.
