It would get a rating of 100%. If the fan in the bathroom worked. We were unable to adjust the settings for the a/c system. We called for assistance, and was assured someone would come to our room to help us. No one came nor called.

Hotel is great! Condition was excellent.. service was great.. the only thing I could say negative was that the bed was a little too stiff.. overall I would still stay again! I would say 9.5/10

Emailed ahead of time advising of mobility issues and when we arrived we were given a room around the block from the parking lot and had to walk a ways to our room. Next day had surgery and when we came back, the hotel van was parked in the handicap spot which made it even further a walk after surgery. Really nice room but not ver6 considerate of a person with mobility issues.

It is an older hotel but it is in a good shape. The advantage for me is the complete kitchen in the suite. Good location with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect for my family close to the civic center clean everything we needed in the room dishes ect.. will definitely stay again when in the area. Great price as well.
