Booked this hotel through Priceline for February 5-6, first room I was assigned I walked in and it smelled like a smoking lounge. Went downstairs and the lady apologized and said they were busy the last few days because of snow and a lot of people left without paying etc - what does that have to do with cleanliness and smoke? Do not clean the rooms? Second room seemed okay at first, but after starting to sleep woke up with severe sinus issues and thought I may be getting a cold but when I looked closer the entire bed was covered in thick dust and I have an allergy. Took a shower and checked out early. Front desk apologized and said a manager will contact me and no one ever did. I contacted Priceline and they called the hotel and Eddie the manager refused a refund because he said I used the room. Horrible service and they know I didn't use the room fully as I checked out early and the advertised airport shuttle, my reason for staying, was not operable at all. I would never recommend this nasty hotel and horrible service to my worst enemy.

Clean and tidy, a small hotel, good value for money. The front desk is friendly, the pick-up is good, the whole stay is no problem. Will continue to consider the next stay.

I love the location of the hotel. The King room was just subpar - the bed (mattress) was awful. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. The cleanliness was just average, not dirty but not spotless as I had expected. A microwave in the room would have been beneficial. The desk staff was polite but not very informative or displaying a true genuine desire to assist guest. One of the housekeepers I encountered in the hallway, even though she did not speak English, went out of her way to assist me with towels, by using an app on her phone to translate what I said to her, now that was commendable. For the Marriott, I think you can just add some guest perks and upgrades in the room. The Shower by way is the best accommodation to the room.

Very pleased with Holiday Inn CVG in Erlanger. Wanted a quality stay near airport, with an excellent review record…that is what I found! Room on 4th deck was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Large bathroom, comfy king sized bed. Dinner at onsite restaurant was tasty and reasonable, breakfast burrito was excellent. Service by everyone was great. Well worth the stay as an InterContinental Ambassador!

The airport pick-up and drop-off service is pretty good, but the elevator doesn't work very well.
