Best hotel staff I have met so far in China. I dropped one of my phones in a didi and she followed up and even negotiated with the didi driver to bring it back quickly. This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. Very close to Hefei Station. The room is large and the health is good. Breakfast is OK, overall the price is quite high. Outside the room is elevated, there is not much traffic in the car at night, and it will not be very noisy.
