Amazing hotel, in a good area of Helsinki. Not too far from the beach. Decor is very modern. The gym is huge for a hotel gym. Also allowed me to use the gym/spa area after I checked out before my evening flight.

Executive club room is on 9 floor, very quiet area. The is cozy and superior clean. We lived there for a week and really enjoyed every thing. Especially the house keeper, Auwan, is very nice and professional person. He is always smiling and kind when we meet him. We are pretty much sure that his work in quality is the best that we have ever experienced. Highly recommend this hotel with great management.

Very good hotel, very clean & great service. Good gym with heavyweights for good workout. However sauna not hot 55c, housekeeping slamming doors & bins making a lot of noise at 8am.

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki is super fantastic. Service is very good. We have spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. The twin beds and sofa bed are large and comfortable. Swimming and gym are full equipped. Breakfast and lounge are good food. Highly recommend.

Good and reasonable price

I found the Crowne Plaza to be immaculate. It's about the price of one of the UK's hotel chains but vastly more for your money. Free WiFi, wonderful room with personalised TV with built in Chromecast. I loved both Helsinki and the Crowne Plaza. Really friendly and helpful staff. I had a nice chat with the cleaners.

Fantastic value!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large 50 sq m room, which provided plenty of space, and the room was well-equipped. The entrance area and the lounge, whether for working or relaxing, were super nice. Special praise goes to the breakfast buffet, the selection, the way everything was presented, and the very friendly staff (they even shared a recipe for beetroot balls). We also really liked the very well-equipped gym, with a swimming pool next door and a sauna (unfortunately separate, as we always go as a family). We would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Helsinki!

Very nice and large hotel, with a friendly and attentive reception. Housekeeping was quick and sloppy. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom with a bathtub. Unfortunately, children are not allowed to use the pool.

Very clean and spacious, with abundant facilities, including a sauna and gym. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. It was very convenient to rent a car, as the Europcar office and pick-up point are right next to it.

Although it is a little far from the city center, the staff were very kind, the room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. I was also grateful for the complimentary water. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close to the city center, about 10 minutes' drive. The feeling of space in the room is okay, and there is a heating line under the bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely fine. The only shortcoming is that the House keeping service is not in place. After using the shampoo at night, it was not replaced tomorrow morning. There was no refill after finishing the coffee. The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. However, the beds are changed every day. The hotel's facilities include a heated swimming pool and sauna. There is also a fitness room. All are satisfied.
