This is a self-service hotel. A door code is sent to you before arrival. It's in a great location, with nearby restaurants and a convenience store across the street. Very close to Stockmann mall, Trams available about 2 streets away. I requested for tea and I found a generous amount of tea bags waiting for me. They also have a microwave, a mini fridge and electric kettle. The only problem was the bed. It wasn't comfortable for me. But if you are on a low budget, this is the best place to be.

Location was great. Beds were so comfortable and shower was great. Close proximity to food and groceries. Large space. Would recommend!

I booked on the day of my stay and I didnt get my check in details til 5 minutes past the check in...The 5 minutes is not the issue but no update from 8am to 4pm about check in was a real pain and worry

lack of staff and initial room we were given had no ventilation and windows cannot be opened. have to make a call (where they stated charges applies) for a change in room. staff should check that ventilation and items are proper before assignment of rooms if it is supposed to be a contactless hotel. there is microwave though

It’s really nice place to stay. You won’t see any staff here. They provide unlimited teabags, coffee, sugar and cream. The only drawback is there’s no window we can open in the room.

The hotel location is pretty convenient, close to City center. However come out the original reception or front desk, therefore come out checking it is quite inconvenient. You have to call a phone number there and give your information over the phone to obtain a pin code to get into the building and your room. Room is clean size is okay, however come out the worst thing is in the summertime there is no AC. There appears to be a thoroughly functioning fan. The room is humid and quite warm and uncomfortable.

The hotel location is convenient to most tourist activities. Travelers should take note there is no reception! You need to contact them in advance to share personal information for registration and get the door codes. I didn’t notice this but thankfully 2 nice furs gave me access to their courtesy phone. The room was large and clean.

I face some difficulties at check in because the staff gave me the wrong building. Except that, everything is fine.

The water’s tempreture in shower is not so warm, that makes me feel not so comfortable. But the location is neer the city center, it's convenient.
