甘南好冷啊，我們來之後，大夏天啊，凍的受不了，想開空調，結果被告知酒店空調全部關閉呢，房間裏空調不能用。總體一般吧，其餘的沒啥好説的，帶着小孩長者旅遊，酒店也沒受到熱情服務的！

酒店服務很好哦，性價比也很高，有浦東機場和迪士尼的接送很方便，預訂的是他們家的尊享親子套房兩室獨立房間有獨立衞生間的，因為是帶着小孩去迪士尼玩，所以還是很方便的有免費班車接送，因為預訂的是無早的，開房的時候前台小姐姐還貼心的送了三張早餐券還送了一個小伴手禮很感謝點贊，房間很安靜面積很大，連續住了三晚體驗感還不錯，早餐是在一樓的位置是自助餐味道還可以，門口就有免費的停車場還是很方便的，還是很推薦入住的。

酒店一般，服務沒有，就是價格太高！帶孩子了，多要一雙拖鞋都不給提供，説標配兩雙，沒有多餘，我説我掏錢買，才給送了一雙質量特別差的一次性拖鞋，也沒有要錢，但一下子對酒店的服務失望了。房間座機也是擺設！不能用，毛巾黑的不能看！地毯特別臟！
這次甘南之行，讓家人對甘南的酒店和景點還有吃飯印象非常不好，整體感覺比較坑顧客！是來一次再也不會來的地方！

房間空間大，設施有點舊，電視搞半天不知怎麼開也懶得問，床被都挺乾淨，浴室淋浴設備冒水，下水易堵，總體感覺缺乏維護修理。酒店進來很涼，客人接的團比較多，二三層都是娛樂場所，房間層比較安靜，早餐除了一般都有的還有酥油和青稞麪可以自製糌粑。停車場能停不少車子，周邊感覺還是有點冷清。

房間還可以 ，高樓層很安靜，衞生也還行 ，沐浴間乾濕分離做的很好，唯一不足的是房間電話是壞的。衹能用自己的手機打。
