Room needs attention. More than one non working outlet in the bedroom. Both televisions remotes were difficult to use. Couldn’t turn on tv or change channels. Outside our front door the drain was constantly making noise and took maintenance crews over 24 to get it figured out. Not worth the money to stay here. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Excellent vacation spot !!! Pools are spotless , rooms are spacious and includes everything you need and the people there are so nice !!!! Loved the lap pool !!!

On the first night of our hotel stay, I disputed the charges on my credit card. The hotel had charged me twice the deposit and increased the resort fee, which did not match the original charge. This required me to contact my bank to resolve the deposit issue and reach out to Trip.com about the increased resort fee. However, I have not received any update from Trip.com. Additionally, hotel cleaners entered and cleaned our room despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door.
