A very disappointing stay. The service attitude of some hotel staff was perfunctory. The outdoor pool room we booked had a foul odor in the shower room. The staff we asked to deal with it just poured disinfectant into it and helped to change the room the next day. The hotel staff did not speak English or Chinese and could only communicate through simple translation. The dinner we booked was almost all frozen food and it did not taste fresh. The room hygiene was also very poor. Hair appeared in the refrigerator, which was extremely disgusting. Izu is beautiful, but the hotel is very poor. The problem was reported to Ctrip, and the handling of the problem was also disappointing! Personal advice: choose carefully!
