Friendly staff and great location. Hotel is older and there was a bit of a mildew smell in the room but otherwise clean with very friendly staff.

I booked a cheap room early, so I was okay with that, but the room I stayed in was at the top of the stairs and the view from the window that didn't open was just concrete.
The thing that bothered me the most was that the room was right behind the elevator, so I could hear the frequent banging noises that sounded like a drum being banged on, which I assumed was the sound of the elevator operating.
I can't help but wonder if the room wasn't originally a guest room.
If it was really just a room without meals, it was cheap and I was glad.

The location is close to Ginzancho tram station.
There is a comfortable co-working space on the upper floor of the building next door where you can drop-in for 1,100 yen a day, so I had the best stay in Hiroshima with comfortable work and convenient transportation.
I bought a 3-day one-day pass that can be purchased on my smartphone, and went to Atchikochi to work, sightsee, and have a fulfilling time.
The only disappointing thing was
I couldn't get a non-smoking room, so I was given a smoking room, so the only thing was that it smelled of cigarettes.
I would like to use it again when I go to Hiroshima.
