It was 2 nights without meals and was for sightseeing. I think the location is very good, close to the Atomic Bomb Dome. I checked in about 20 minutes early, but they accommodated me. However, on the 14th floor, on the Atomic Bomb Dome side, the view was different from what I expected. There was no shortage of amenities, but I was disappointed that there was no coffee and hair was left in the bathtub due to insufficient cleaning.

I stayed with my husband and my four year old unstoppable son. This very family-friendly yet upper-middle business hotel truly accommodates every needs of any travelers. They offer free drinks and snacks almost all day long, even a glass of sparkling wine - what a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend to book a room with breakfast, the choices are amazing and you never get bored if you stay a couple of nights. I found a gem and joined membership to come back soon.

We stayed in Hotel Vista for 2 nights, it was around a 7-10 minute tram ride on the 1,2 or 6 tram and a 5 minute walk to get there from Hiroshima station. It is situated a couple of minutes away from the main shopping area and a 15 minute walk from the Atomic Dome. The room was well sized, clean and comfortable, the staff were also friendly. This is the perfect place to base yourself in Hiroshima.

I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage. On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem. I really did enjoy my time using the spring baths. ¥150 well spent. Thanks again to her 😊

The building is never new, but the building including the room is cleanly renewed and no problem. Although it is exclusive to men, the public bath is also new and comfortable wet water, so I entered ３ times in the morning and evening. Had a sumptuous one night stay here, introducing the family to the ryokan experience. Check-in was gracious and easy, the family room was a good size (for Japan!) and the air conditioning in August was super-frosty. All facilities clean, with yukatas all round including little ones for the kids at reception. A sobering view of the A-bomb dome across the road, secreted behind trees providing kind cover. The onsen was hot and very welcome after all that walking. Traditional breakfast was a feast-like experience and the pickled plums turned our heads inside-out. Had a friendly chat with the owner as we checked out - a big Carp fan - that rounded off a very pleasant traditional stay.

The location is not far to the tram and there is a large bath, so it was good to relax after traveling. However, the sound insulation was not good, so I heard the next room snoring at night, and the bed was a bit bad, so if you are two people, you should be a twin room than a double.

First of all, the sense is very good. There are two outlets on the bedside and several photographs. The photographs were all nice, I liked the warmth of the lights, the arrangement of the basket and the lamp, all. It is also a happy point to have a window. It seems to be an ordinary house and the lounge is also small. However, there were books, reading spaces, and high-level coffee shops next to them, and I liked the atmosphere where the couple was doing it and the atmosphere where the child came to play.
