There was no big problem with communication, and the water in the ryokan was good, so my skin became soft after I came back. Kaiseki is a personal taste, but it didn't suit my taste.

The kindness and cleanliness were good, and the old couple was fully satisfied with the beauty of the open-air hot spring and comfortable relaxation.

I went with my relatives and family. Everyone was very satisfied and felt happy. The staff are kind and there are so many hot springs that you won't be able to bathe in them all in one night or two days. The food was delicious, and my father, who had no interest in traveling, must have had so much fun here that he started planning his next trip lol. I'm really thankful to you.

Wonderful experience. We had a suite with the private onsen and breakfast and dinner. The staff is very attentive and the food is amazing. They go out of their way to service you. The dinner is a multi course keiseki with amazing flavors. Highly recommend.

It was a hideaway-like inn where time seemed to flow slowly, and where you could relax. The staff were all cheerful and kind, the food was very satisfying, and the local sake was delicious! It was an inn that I would like to return to.

It is the most comfortable and quiet traditional hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. All service staff are very friendly. Hot springs, streams, and forests all allow you to fully relax your body and mind. The next day, after checking out, the service staff took me to the station, and then turned back again before the train entered the station to confirm with the station staff whether I was on the train in the right direction, which was very considerate! Will definitely visit again!

If you are visiting on a day trip, you can only take an open-air bath, but you can still enjoy it. You may be worried that you are going to the end because you have to go down a narrow road, but I think that is a good thing. There is a cafe where you can have a simple meal, although it is in a different building.

Everything was good. Until just before checking out, the score was 100 points. However, the parking lot is not right in front, and there are even stairs. They made the customer carry his luggage. When I traveled to Japan for over 10 years, I visited more than 20 ryokans, but none of these luxury ryokans required guests to carry their own luggage up the stairs. Everything else was a perfect service, but I think this is a fatal flaw that needs to be improved. Of course, this is a very personal opinion. Some customers may not think it's a big deal, but I think it would be good for people in their 60s or older who are powerless like me to take note of this, so I'm leaving a review.

This inn is located in the mountains, so the scenery is relaxing. The mountain stream flows nearby from the open-air bath in the guest room, so the view is spectacular. There are also many family baths, each with a different design, so it is irresistible for hot spring lovers. The food is delicious, but above all, the space and the scenery are soothing.
