Not impressed at all, the apartment was filthy. There was black ***** and hair all around the bathroom, dust mould in all of the vents spiderwebs on the roof. The rainfall showerhead didn’t work. The plug in the bath would not work. Aircon vents were leaking and did not work well it was a hot stuffy dusty night I wasn’t feeling well to begin with and this just made it 10 times worse to be honest. I’m also disappointed with Trip.com as this was meant to be a platinum deal, you expect staying in one of the towers next to the largest building in Ho Chi Minh City, and being recommended by your accommodation provider that this person is a platinum host, things would be better but couldn’t be further from the truth.

It should be the best apartment hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Other buildings are shorter than this one.

Awful AVOID. This is not a hotel & should be on Airbnb & it would be rated badly on there too. No clear instructions as to what building the apartment is in or where that building is, as there are 7 towers. This led to me walking around for 30 mins with all my cases when I arrived. Then get to where the key is supposed to be, it's not there, so I have to wait another 20 mins for someone to come. Was awoken the next morning to bass thumping music from salesmen selling cars on the ground level added with an extra seasoning of hammering from the above apartment. Although you would think this was a symptom of unorganization nope someone arrived at 12:00 on the dot to make sure I was leaving lol. Avoid avoid avoid!
