4th floor rooms are very bad. The smell is not good enough and also bed and pillow sheet smell really annoyed me. Customer service is not good at all.

It’s a scam. I waited 1 hour in front of the hotel. The hotel was closed. I received the code to enter later but I had already booked another room. It was 11:30pm, I could not bet they would actually respond and I needed a place to sleep. I do not recommend.

Not a bad little studio if you get it on a deal. Located down an alley and a bit far away from things if you’re only walking, and often taxi drivers can’t get all the way to the apartment as the alley is too narrow. Clean but could use a refurb. Not great in terms of noise - people shouting and dogs barking in the alleys, however this does add to the local feel. Wouldn’t have had a problem with any of this however we did encounter a potential safety issue while we were checking in - the one time code had expired after we’d left for 5 minutes to grab some water and the key card did not register as it was supposed to to open the gate. It was midnight at this point and we called the ‘24/7’ hotline for help to get in and no response at all. Did feel very unsafe at that time of the night and fortunately we got lucky as a resident came down to collect his food and let us in, else we may have ended up stranded on our first night in HCMC. Did leave a bad taste in our mouths especially as the staff were not apologetic. However they did rectify the issue eventually. Would only recommend if you are checking in during daylight hours in case there is an issue as it is an unstaffed building.

The room wasn't particularly clean. We had to wipe the floor. Even if a room is cheap it should still be clean as standard. The water pressure was poor. The gate card didn't work, so we were locked out on our first night and had to call someone to get in. Instead of them replacing the card we had to use the code to get into the building each time. The room was described as having a balcony. In reality, it had a full length sliding window with a rail. No outside area at all. There was also construction in the building that started from 7am. The entrance area looked like a building site.

The apartment is in a decent location. The room is big and clean. Unfortunately the kitchen utensils were very dirty and there was a big hole in the floor. The bathroom was really good and really clean. The service is really bad and not really helpful. First they told me I have to go to another apartment to a completely different place because there were no electricity in this apartment. I consist to move into the apartment I booked. When I moved in everything worked fine, the electricity as well. Apart from the incompetent service the stay was good

It is just ok for me.

This is a very basic budget apartment room. Very tiny, low spacious bathroom. Very close to Nguyen Trai Street, which has a lot of shops for clothes and dresses. Suitable for locals and local couples. For Foreigners this is o.k. low budget seeking solo male travellers. For solo females o.k. but very isolate area and difficult to find the location. Car cannot be reached to hotel. You have to take luggage by hand to hotel. Also, if you have more luggages don't book this one. This is a self checking hotel. So you must have wi fi in your phone before entering to hotel. They give links how to checking. For all that you need internet connection in your phone. No TV Working. Only you tube.

“An unforgettable… experience!” If you are looking for a place to “get close to nature”, this is the ideal choice – because ants roam freely, and cockroaches seem to be long-time residents. The bed feels nostalgic with a characteristic damp smell and a layer of dust quietly clinging to every corner of the pillow. Stay for 3 days but do not worry about being bothered by… the housekeeping staff – because simply no one will come. The water in the bathroom flows slowly enough for you to have time to reflect on life, while the wardrobe and shoe rack have chosen the “hidden” path, not appearing in the room. The kitchen seems to have been intended to serve cooking, but lacks a few small details such as… knives, clean dishwashing sponges or anything that you can use. In short, if you want a place to test your endurance, or want to understand the feeling of staying in a “demo version” of a hostel, this is the perfect choice. But if you're looking for minimal comfort – keep looking.

The location is great in the center, close to everything. I rented an apartment with a balcony, but it's just a window; you can't access it. The manager provided check-in instructions, but they were quite confusing and lengthy. It was inconvenient to check in.

The room is OK, but it is not very quiet in the lobby on the first floor

The room is very clean and the location is good. Although it is not easy to find in the alley, the overall location is very good and not far from anywhere. There is a gourmet seafood restaurant with many good reviews and many locals come to eat.

The place is hard to find because it is in a small alley. I checked in after 22.00. I need to scan the code and add zalo to use it. This is not very friendly to foreigners. I need to enter the password to get the room card. The house environment is good and other facilities are so-so.
