Impeccable Service from their team. Assisted us in sending up our luggage and sending it to lobby when we checked out.

Rooms are huge with a washing machine and a small kitchenette, perfect for longer stays. Convenience stalls, breakfast places and the train station are all within walking distances. Checkin and checkout process was smooth and quick too, quick shout-out to Nick for being so pleasant and efficient.

The room is clean condition, excellent service and rapid response to requirement. Nick provided the information about rental which I needed in time and clear.

There is no swimming pool at the hotel. Access for cars is difficult. Breakfast is served at one of the restaurants inside the mall.

Very nice hotel and comfortable. Rooms are stylish and equipped with all you need. Dishes, tea maker , coffee machine, fridge, microwave and laundry machine. WiFi is great. Service was solid and amenities are good. Nice weight room to workout and has sauna and steam which you can book by appointment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. What made it even better was the outstanding service at the front desk. The staff RACHEL OPHELIA were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

We are visiting Guangzhou again after 10 years. I'm very happy with the warm hospitality with Ascott's staff there. Very efficient and very helpful when checking in. The room is super comfortable and spacious. And they just fulfil my request for a higher floor room. I'm really happy about this And I found difficulties in using the vending machine which I don't know how to do. There was a staff who really patiently helped us. Overall a very nice stay there and definitely will visit again in Ascott.🥰🥰

The location was not the best as it is not next to the subway station and walking to the linhexi station is not sheltered and a long staircase if u don’t wanna take the didi car . We are given the the best view room so can’t complain … the gym is also available - a good facilities should you need it . They checked the items carefully and helped me to find the shorts that I left behind thanks !

The hotel room appears to be relatively new, with a well-maintained and spacious layout—particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were generously sized and comfortable. Its location is convenient, especially for those traveling to the Tianhe area, with only a short Didi ride required. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they were also very helpful in assisting with the receipt and collection of parcels from Taobao and *******. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

Great view of Tianhe stadium. Loved cooking our own meals. Plenty of space to store luggage. Sometimes didi drivers have trouble finding the lobby. Central location very ideal. Would book again next time we come Guangzhou.

The hotel located good area, but taxi driver not able to find lobby to pick up. So, we need to walk over to ICC mall pick up point.

It’s a non smoking room, however the smoking smell is terrible. Window is so dirty and bathroom smells bad as well. Absolutely not recommended
