Good breakfas, service and room overall, however the room on the street is extremely loud and the window doesn't close. The noise from elevator and other customers is also a problem

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. While the amenities were basic, everything worked well and met my needs. Overall, a great value for the price

Location was good. Near to where we want to go. Location too central that there’s congestion traffic. Add few minutes if u are in a rush to your destination.

It's always just nice to stay at this hotel. Services and foods are good enough without any major concerns. If I try to find at least one, a few of receptionists can't understand English but it's still acceptable level though.

The room is so huge, clean n modern. Minus point it's just a little bit far from the crowd but perfect for rest. The bed is so big n comfortable The bathroom was so good n spacious The best room compared to the other hotel with the same price range

Hotel is quite far away from the Main Street, if you want to go out for a meal or a walk, you need to walk at least 15-20 mins. Staffs are okay. But only 1 or 2 of them can speak English, that’s fine as long as you got the Google translate app. However, even we clearly express our need that we want to apply for the laundry service. The staff already said yes and replied us that just put all the clothes outside the room, he would ask the helper to take it. After a few hours when we back to hotel, our clothes still there. And the staff act like he didn’t even know what’s going on. That’s totally unacceptable and we didn’t receive any apologies from that staff.

Excellent hotel.problem with WIFI in the 7th floor

While the 270+ per night rate isn't particularly high, the location and amenities aren't particularly good. Jianhu Lake and Train Street are both a 1.7-kilometer walk away. The furniture is faded and needs repainting, and the air conditioner is loud even on low volume. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot the past two nights, so I slept with it turned off. The refrigerator was also incredibly noisy. The next day, I noticed a bag of snacks missing from the bar, but thankfully I didn't ask for it when I checked out. I ended up paying for a bottle of water, which cost 20,000 Vietnamese dong, more than the 15,000 Vietnamese dong at the airport. I'd have been especially happy to receive a complimentary bottle of water in this environment; it only costs 4,000 Vietnamese dong at the supermarket. The front desk staff, though they spoke neither Chinese nor English and weren't particularly helpful, were very polite. This morning, I walked 1.7 kilometers to the Red River and almost missed it. The river is lined with private residences, making it impenetrable. On the first day, I walked two streets along the Jianhu River for 27,000 steps. I passed by the hotel but didn't notice it. Then I went to Vincom to buy sportswear. I looked at the prices and couldn't bear to buy. They were really expensive. Li Ning shoes start at 400+ RMB. I bought a pair of flip-flops and called Grab for 30,000 VND. September 2nd was Vietnam's 80th National Day, and every street was decorated with national flags. Unification Park was also busy with decorations. I wonder if this is why the hotel price is a bit high. Bus 86 goes from Hanoi Railway Station to the airport. It's 1.2 kilometers away from the hotel, which is not too hard to walk with a suitcase. But the road is really difficult to walk. Fortunately, I have less luggage.

Quiet, away from the bustling city, it's a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are also plenty of convenience stores and snack shops nearby. The location is truly excellent. The staff speak Chinese, making communication easy. Highly recommended.
