While the counter staff were friendly, their communication and professionalism could be improved to match the standards of more established hotels. With better service and maintenance responsiveness, this hotel has great potential.

I came super early, but check-in was not a problem. They offered me a free upgrade the same day into a room which was not available at that time. The room i got matched exactly what I booked, so I stayed in the room. I even had a sauna in my room 🤗. In retrospect, I should have taken the upgrade, but I prioritized going out. The staff also facilitated renting a scooter, no price hiking or anything. Just honest and fair. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. I was so happy i extended a night. The location of the hotel is wrong on trip.com, but it's close by. Enter a side street show the picture to a street Vendor, it seems to be quite common to have lost tourists at that location searching for that hotel :-)
