The overall interior design of the hotel is quite unique and trendy—I was drawn in by this modern style, which led me to book a stay here.
Right after we got out of the car, hotel staff came over to carry our luggage up to the lobby (which requires climbing a full flight of stairs). Check-in didn’t involve waiting at the front desk; instead, we were invited to relax in the lounge with welcome snacks and tea, while a staff member came to confirm our booking details and personally escorted us to our room.
The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and tidy. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and we could request more bottled water at no extra charge. The bed was comfortably firm, and there was a cozy lounge sofa by the window. The toilet and shower were in separate areas, and the bathroom featured a massage bathtub.
From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, afternoon tea was served buffet-style at the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor, offering light snacks, fruits, and beverages. The restaurant’s design was even more eye-catching—it felt like stepping into a futuristic space capsule. Everything had been going wonderfully… until 8 AM the next morning, when I was jolted awake by loud banging from above.
My room was on the 10th floor, directly below the gym. I started hearing heavy objects hitting the floor and people running—it felt like there was construction going on upstairs. The vibration and impact noises were mentally draining.
Even when we first entered the room, I noticed the soundproofing wasn’t great—noises from the hallway were very loud. But since hallway traffic was minimal and neighboring rooms were quiet, I thought it would be fine. However, the level of impact noise from upstairs was simply intolerable. If you’re going to place noisy facilities above guest rooms, shouldn’t proper soundproofing be in place? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to have experienced this issue. Shouldn’t rooms with unresolved noise problems be removed from sale until they’re fixed? For a room that costs 3.6 million VND per night, dealing with this level of noise is just unacceptable.
We reported it to the front desk, and they said we could change rooms—but only after a new one was cleaned and ready, around 2 PM. They told us to pack our bags and leave them in the room; they would help move them to the new room for us.
At 2 PM, we were finally moved to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, maybe due to the rushed cleaning, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and when we turned on the massage jets in the tub, dirty water came out. At that point, I didn’t even feel like complaining anymore. Also, being on a lower floor meant we could hear more traffic noise from the street outside—it was still better than the thumping from above, but nonetheless, it was noisy.
The hotel did give us a handwritten apology card and some chocolates. But I noticed other guests received the same, so it seemed more like a standard welcome gift rather than a sincere apology.
When we checked out, perhaps to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free ride to the airport. The car was quite old and looked like it might break down at any moment, but we made it there safely, and I appreciated saving some transportation costs.
Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Step out the back door and you’ll find many fruit vendors, and right around the corner is a jewelry shop that’s highly recommended for currency exchange. Across the street is Ben Thanh Market and the metro station entrance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were decent. However, the poor soundproofing and average facilities were disappointing. To access the pool, you have to walk through the restaurant, and the pool itself is tiny—not exactly inviting. The steam room and sauna also seemed unused. For this price, there are probably better options available.

A one-bedroom homestay located in landmark3 of vinhomes central park, one of the best communities in Ho Chi Minh. The environment is okay, the community is fully furnished, there are shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping is very convenient, but it is still a bit noisy at night.
Fully self-service check-in and check-out, someone will come to clean every two or three days, but there are problems with the service: 1) People (maybe hotel managers) often enter the room, and come back the next day and find that there is an extra drink in the room In the past few days, people came into the room when I was out, but they didn’t do anything. 2) The cleaning staff threw things away. Several of my bags containing toiletries on the table were thrown away. 3) The pillows are uncomfortable, the curtains are not very good for shading, and there is a little noise (the whole community seems to be very noisy), resulting in poor sleep.
If you want to save money when you come to Ho Chi Minh, you can consider it. If you don't have any money, I recommend you to stay in a high-end hotel in a county.

This is my second stay.
I decided to come back because my family really liked this hotel during my previous visit.
What I love most is that the bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel is included in the accommodation fee.
It’s very convenient not having to book the bus separately.
The hotel is clean, and the staff are very kind.
I was especially happy that they upgraded our room this time.
The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower had improved compared to last time, which made the stay even better.
The pool was beautiful as well, and we were very satisfied.
My child especially loves the pool at Vias Hotel.
We’d love to come back again.

Wonderful Stay at Oyster Bay
We are loving our stay at Oyster Bay so much that we booked two additional nights! Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, and since the hotel is new, everything felt fresh. The service was great; we even rented a motorbike from them, which made exploring easier.
The pool is lovely, and the breakfast offered a big variety of options. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the silent air conditioning, along with reliable WiFi and a working TV. We would definitely book again if we return to Vung Tau. Highly recommended!

2 hours by boat from Ho Chi Minh City. A wonderful resort facility that you can't find in Ho Chi Minh City! The pool and rooms have a resort feel, making it the perfect place to relax.
Six Senses Con Dao is an exclusive island hideaway resort amidst a pristine marine and national park, and the only Six Senses beach resort in Vietnam’s archipelago of Con Dao. Step into a relaxed community of sun-bleached bamboo Villas, inspired by traditional fishing villages. As a loyal fan of Six Senses, I first learned that Six Senses is through Kunshan. The two-bedroom villa on the beachfront has the same view and pictures. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms, there is a very large living room. The swimming pool is also a bright spot, which should be about 20*5. It can be said that it is very high grade. The hotel enjoys a vast private beach. During the National Day, the beach can be left empty and quiet. The number of breakfast items is quite good in the resort, but the quality is very good, there is a special Vietnamese breakfast, it is very popular for the people, and the special cold room of Six Senses stores fruit ham and yogurt. The dining in the hotel is not expensive. The chef communicated with the shrimp, orchid crab and a kind of fish. With the Vietnamese style, there is a plate of fried vegetables, which are very delicious. The average per capita is about 250. It is much cheaper than what is in the Maldives.

Stayed for 4 days, 2 consecutive nights, there was a power outage for1-2 hours, living on the 7th floor has always had a smell of toilets, from the corridor to the room, friends live on the 26th floor of the same building but there is no smell, maybe the 7th floor pipeline is a bit problematic, the washing machine cover in the room is broken, but it can be washed, and the landlord is rewarded. The landlord said that he can go outside to wash and reimburse the fee. Whatapp contacted, and he could find someone at any time. There are gs25 downstairs, but the sound insulation is not very good. You can bring your own earplugs! If you care about the taste, you really have to skip it or tell the landlord not to go to the 7th floor, the rest are OK~

Amazing
LLy Trieu VyThe hotel I stayed at was amazing! The room was large, clean and had very modern facilities. Especially the waiters, they have a very good attitude and are always ready to help solve problems. The hotel is also very centrally located, with many restaurants and shops around, making it convenient for eating, drinking and having fun
DDaI recently stayed at Soho View Residence Luxury Apartment, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking luxury and convenience in the heart of the city.
LLy Trieu VyService, room, location, facilities and staff are very good! From the moment I entered the door, I felt very warm, the waiter at the front desk was kind, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. This price is super cost-effective! I will definitely come back next time.
GGyu-heeI stayed at the Ben Thanh Tower Luxury Apartment and was very satisfied. The location is very good, close to Ben Thanh Market, so it is easy to enjoy shopping and food. ТТатьяна Е.A cool hotel. You had to stay a couple of nights and go on the next trip. Near the airport. Staff helped carry the suitcases. Social, smiling, try to help (needed weights - immediately found) in the bathroom there is all shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, towels.
GGuest UserIt is really a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The location is super good, the transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants around.
