Holiday Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City

We love this place! We arrived late at night. The lobby was quite dark and some groups of young rowdy crowds were on their way out so was quite loud. The apartment was a little dated but we were tired so we just went to bed. The next day then we started to explore the city. Ms Sophia was so great! Her service is exceptional! I texted her the next morning cos the tv wasn’t working and within 5 min someone was knocking on the door to fix the tv! The next door neighbor was also shouting in the corridor at 2am the previous night and after telling her about it, they were totally quiet. And we grew to love the apartment so much it started to feel like home. The location of the apartment is so good!! There are a few massage places within a few minutes walk. Ben Than market and Bui Vien walking street is only a 5 min walk away. There’s also a 24 hours convenience store within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

The baguette from the alley entrance was delicious!! The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a solo traveler. And the price point was really great. The only minor issues were the water pressure and temperature, which weren't quite strong or hot enough, but since Vietnam is generally warm, it was still manageable. If they could fix the hot water pressure, I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future. It's conveniently located on a street full of women's fashion stores, and the bedding was very comfortable! There's no elevator, but the host quickly arranged for staff to help me carry my luggage upstairs.

We had such a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. I came with my second brother and nephew, and the 3-bedroom layout worked beautifully for us — my brother stayed in the master bedroom while my nephew and I each had our own cozy rooms with a shared bathroom. It gave everyone privacy while still feeling warm and homely together. The living room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony and an absolutely amazing view overlooking the sea/river. Waking up to that view every day was one of the highlights of our stay. The large dining table was also great for us to gather and enjoy meals together. The house was very well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and amenities, including a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality. The welcome was incredibly thoughtful, and the host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, even recommending local food places for us to try. We genuinely felt cared for and welcomed like guests rather than just visitors. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a spacious, comfortable, and relaxing stay with beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

i found the location to be great after a day of business had no problem finding restaurants for a good feed and a few drinks transportation was easy to be able to get around . the service from the staff were friendly and helpful and there security guards were happy to help you navigate outside language will always be a problem no matter where you are in the world so a good translator device would be handy and if its the night life your after the location couldn't be better as for the room itself the only thing i could complain about was there was no tv not that i was in the room long enough to watch , after a day out you get back to a nice shower then hit the town and no problem falling asleep on a comfortable bed late at night i would recommend to anyone who's not interested in all the frills & spills but a place that's clean, great location, and helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the Rivergate Residence. The location in District 4 is perfect just a quick bridge crossing away from District 1 and major spots like Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien. The room itself was clean, modern, and offered an incredible view of the city skyline. Having a 7-Eleven and WinMart right on the ground floor made grabbing snacks and water incredibly convenient. The host was also very responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable and nice hotel. The service was really friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the city center, so it was convenient to get around, and the facilities were well-equipped, so it was great. I highly recommend it.

Initially, the check-in process was a mess; they checked me into the wrong room under the wrong name. They didn't bother to check the reservation list, which led to a long and confusing ordeal before we finally sorted it out. Second, the room wasn't cleaned at all during my entire 4-night, 5-day stay. They also failed to provide drinking water daily, which should be standard. When I brought it to their attention, the staff member made an unhappy face and even laughed at me. I could understand if it were a small guesthouse that didn't offer daily cleaning, but surely drinking water should be provided every day, especially since I'm paying for the room each night. If a new guest were to check in, they'd have to provide water anyway, so I don't understand why I had to request it daily and receive such a bad attitude from the owner/manager. Because the room wasn't cleaned, it was quite dirty. I had to wear shoes inside because otherwise, my feet would pick up dust and hair. There was a lot of dust. When you check in, I highly recommend double-checking your name and room reservation. Ask them to confirm both your name and room to avoid having to find another hotel, like my sister and her partner did. The hotel's location is actually excellent, very close to shopping areas and many popular restaurants, as well as a mini-mart. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. However, the service was quite confusing and lacked a real service-oriented mindset.

The apartment was clean and offered beautiful views. It was also very close to the city center, and getting a taxi was very convenient.

The staff were very welcoming. The location is decent; it's above a barbershop. It looks like it was converted from a spa or similar establishment, or perhaps a rental apartment. The lack of an elevator is inconvenient. There aren't many places to eat around at night. It's mostly local residential area. It would be acceptable as a temporary place to stay.

Good location, near the shopping center. Staff is very friendly and tries to solve all problems. Fast Internet, good air conditioners, smart-TV. Of the downsides - a little uncomfortable, lack of lights on the bedside tubes. There is a teapot, but no cup, like dining appliances. Very good hearing, constantly someone speaks, drowns and moves furniture. Decorative pillows in the living room should be washed as they smell unpleasant. The curtains are not black out, especially protect against the sun. We were given apartments with a view to the sea, there is a construction, but noise is heard, unlike the neighbors on top. If we fix these small defects - it will be great!
