Hotels near The Factory Contemporary Arts Centre, Ho Chi Minh City

It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

Location is good. There is a high-end mall nearby with many F&B outlets, shops, convenience stores, and a supermarket. Apartment is very spacious and comes with a fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker & washing machine. Maintainence can be better as some kitchen n bathroom cabinet doors are falling apart. Oh the whole, value for money.

This is an excelent place to stay! The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The residential complex itself has great amenities, including a pool and gym (accessible from the 3rd floor). The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning works well, and there's even a small area for quick clothes drying, which was super handy. Thuong was really responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay. Also, cleaning was provided twice during our 3-week stay, which was a nice surprise. We definitly recommend these apartments and really appreciate Thuong’s great hospitality

The location is good and easy to locate or catch a Grab. Room is quiet even though the hotel is located along a main street. Breakfast is good and with good choices. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here for NY countdown. The location is central, at the District 1 ”Japanese Street”. Bustling and convenient area. When not enjoying their nice breakfast, there are plenty of eateries nearby. The rooftop bar and pool was good for viewing new year fireworks too. However, a few setbacks deducted quite a few points. 1) faulty elevator at times (had to take the stairs sometimes, and be careful at the stairs as its ceiling is really low, my friend hit his head once) 2) hammering and drilling in nearby room or building at early hours (good thing is they let you switch room when dissatisfied) 3) first room had a weird smell (older room with Jacuzzi tub). The final room we got smelled nice (newer room with standard bathtub), but TV remote control and bathtub stopper were missing, had to ask for it 4) the final flaw that made my female friends very uncomfortable, was the clientele - many middle-aged men sitting or waiting around lobby area, ogling girls who walked by. Sometimes it's a group of men, sometimes they're paired with a local lady. Other things to note: - upon check-in, they will request to keep your passport throughout your stay. We were not going to do that, so we gave them VND500000 as deposit (which you'll get back when you check out) - the toilet and shower/bath area are separate, however the walls and doors were made of frosted glass, rather see-through, might be awkward for some if you're not a couple

Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

Awesome stay at this brand new hotel. Pool on roof top really is one of a kind. Hotel staff at the breakfast was super attentive. Only bad comments I would say is 1) when I went to the gym, they asked me to take off my shoes - which is really dangerous in a gym setting. We should always have shoes on. 2) front desk tried to double charge me on my room. Luckily I checked the card receipt they were showing me and it wasn’t my card number. Please be vigilant when checking out. 3) staff English was quite poor - this needs improvement especially when dealing with international guests.

Great place - the location is not too far from the airport (around 10min by car) It’s located in an alley and the outside doesn’t look like a hotel but the inside is great. The staff messaged me in advance to check on arrival timing. Everything was clean and nice in the room Also a mini kitchen is available

Hotel in general is quite good, Room are spacious. Negative point is for the breakfast as in my opinion the place for breakfast is too small for the size of hotel. I had difficult in the first day of my stays there to find a seat and table free to have breakfast, also I didn’t take my cappuccino for the long waiting time for a queue in the coffee machine:only one, an old and slow Saeco. Not having espresso coffee or cappuccino in my breakfast is unacceptable. Gym is quite well equipped but SPA and sauna seems a bit old with need of renovations. Even if I didn’t use swimming pool area seems good. Phone on my room to call service didn’t work, and when I needed it I had to go downstairs to reception desk.

Conveniently located near the airport with an excellent pool. Room was okay. Bar in the hotel was very expensive for drinks that can be had elsewhere at a fraction of the cost.
