"The room was ok, but the room types provided by Ctrip were not complete. One of us thought we had booked a starry sky room, but it was not. After we arrived, we changed to a starry sky room based on the environment, and it cost an extra 400 yuan. Secondly, the attitude of the front desk was really the worst I have ever seen on this earth, no doubt about it!"
