Very convenient, the hotel is a bit old and a bit noisy. But room is relatively big and clean. Got upgraded this time so it’s nice.

* The hotel's decor and style definitely feel tailored for female guests. * The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent Mandarin. * If you order takeout, the front desk will personally deliver it to your room. * The lobby on the first floor offers a selection of trendy travel magazines for guests to browse. * The hotel is quiet, with excellent soundproofing. * A complimentary water dispenser is available for guests.

Excellent soundproofing, a spacious bathroom, and the Bluetooth speaker was superb.

The room's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Although the room isn't large, it was quite clean.

Even we paid the full payment directly in hotel in advanced, but when our client check-in the hotel, their service team mentioned that they cannot find corresponding booking and payment record, it's quite disappointed on such arrangement. Of coz finally they could find back the payment result and able to check-in successfully. But the impression is quite back and we need to keep waiting for a long for their checking ....

For a hotel in Central, the room wasn't too small. It's located right on Pottinger Street, and the building felt quite old. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it's also very close to the Mid-Levels Escalators.

Right on Graham Street in Central. Super convenient for dining, and Lan Kwai Fong is easily accessible too.

The Pottinger Hotel is a little slice of heaven! Located in a bustling part of Hong Kong, entering the lobby through heavy doors, it is a welcome oasis of elegance and understated beauty. The rooms are well appointed with the lush furnishings and carefully considered decorations. The bathrooms with both the bath and rain shower are a slice of heaven. Well worth a visit and stay!

The interior design is very stylish and chic. I heard that all the lobby furniture is original Fendi.
