We chose the harbor view room, but it was located on the 5th floor, so the highway was blocking part of the view 😭. If you want a perfect harbor view, I’d recommend choosing a higher floor. The swimming pool is quite small and can’t see the harbor view when swimming, and the location is a bit far from the station so it’s not very convenient if you want to go out at night

The services are generally very good. The location of the hotel is quite good for shopping and eating. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is lovely and services are on point. Nothing to say, great place to stay. I would recommend a room with a view on the harbour.

It was my mother's birthday on our check-out day, and the hotel's customer service team surprised us with a cake the night before. This was incredibly thoughtful and touched us deeply! The cake itself was also delicious. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's facilities and overall ambiance were fantastic. Its location is excellent too, roughly a 500-meter walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station and within easy walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Highly recommended!

Even though we checked in late, the staff at the front desk were super friendly and even gave us a room upgrade! Everyone in the lobby was really helpful, and we felt totally comfortable asking questions. We’ll definitely be back, the service was great, the location is close to the station, and there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby!

Conveniently located at TST east, surrounded with plenty of restaurants around the corner. Hotel is clean, upgraded to a sea view room which is truly beautiful, concierge staffs are super friendly and helpful, only thing is it cost an additional HKD5 if you need a razor, just fyi.

The room and view exceeded our expectations and they were nice enough to let us check out late. Also provides a glass bottled water that can be refilled in the hallways.

Really enjoyed this trip in Hong Kong. Staying for a couple of days in this hotel with family members, we booked 3 rooms. The first impression at the reception was wonderful as we arrived after midnight ... we are all tired. They handle us well and can feel the team are all well trained.👍👍👍 The hotel room is large and very well designed. Very comfortable and we had good rest after a lot of walking n shopping. Location is also another plus point; it is close to many shopping areas and surrounded by many good foods. Highly recommended, and we will come back to this hotel again for our next Hong Kong trips.

The hotel was very good. The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The gym was small but it had what was needed for a good workout . The pool was clean and nice. I had the breakfast buffet on the last day. It had a very wide selection of foods and was well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again
