Third time choosing this hotel. In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from the metro. There isn’t a washing machine in the hotel! The WIFI was the worst I have ever saw!!!

The location is quite good since it near to the tram stop. However, there are no convenience stores nearby so prepare your stuff in advance. The room is great - it is clean, cold, and decently spacious. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but they don't provide toiletries - you can buy them at the lobby. Service is also good, the staff are accommodating and friendly. The check in process is also quick and straightforward. We didn't get to check out the other facilities besides the breakfast buffet. The selections are quite limited since their dining area is small. Overall, it is definitely worth staying at Dorsett Wanchai.

The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs. The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close. Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

This hotel offers good value for money; I'd recommend it if the price is in the 500-700 range. The biggest hurdle is the uphill walk from the main street to the hotel lobby, which could be inconvenient for guests carrying large suitcases. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and apartment-style, featuring kitchen facilities and a washing machine – a definite bonus. Its location also offers convenient transport options.

Wonderful stay! I booked Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong through Trip.com and the process was seamless — instant confirmation, easy check-in and everything matched the listing perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better.

Excellent
LLizzy1987I have to comment in person, so that you don’t know, pay attention: no toothbrush, no comb, it is estimated that you have to ask the front desk, the nature of the apartment, you can wash clothes, the advantage is that the view is good, it is very convenient to take the rail car and the minibus 1, but ah, the mattress is really hard, the bed is a bit cheap, I slept with back pain, clean and good, the safety exit lights can't be turned off at night, and the towels are wrapped in the end. I suggest to experience this price. If you don't have money, choose other sea views five-star, the hotel also has a buffet breakfast restaurant! There is no meal here, there is an ice room downstairs, solve breakfast by yourself! The water in the toilet is yellow rust and needs to be improved!

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly helpful. My original check-out time was 12:00 PM, but when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, they happily granted me an extra hour. When I called again while out on an errand to ask for a 2:00 PM check-out, they were equally accommodating. Ultimately, I didn't get back to the hotel until 4:20 PM. Despite the significant delay, the front desk didn't charge me any late check-out fees and processed my check-out without issue. They even helped me with my luggage and hailed a taxi for me. This level of service was truly exceptional. The room was also very spacious, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and taxis. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

MM10600****Located near Bauhinia Square, the hotel boasts beautiful sea views and very welcoming service. The covered walkway connecting the hotel directly to the subway station is incredibly convenient, providing excellent shelter from the elements. It seemed some elevators were undergoing maintenance or an upgrade, as they didn't operate in sync, which occasionally led to longer waiting times. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of red wine from the hotel. The wine itself was delicious – light-bodied, smooth, and refreshing. A really nice unexpected touch.

LLamProbably the best hotel in Causeway Bay area. The rooms are much better than that of Park Lane and Regal Hotel. The restaurants are also good, the Chinese Restaurant is Michelin star restaurant. Frites is also a nice bar restaurant. Service of Carver steak house also nice. Also 2 mins walk to Times Square. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube . The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserGreat location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby.

GGuest UserPark Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say. Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again. Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. GGuest UserThis is my 4th stay in a room on the 39th floor. Everything was fine before. Unfortunately, this time I had to spend a lot of time and nerves, which was not part of my plans. The pool on the 39th floor next to the room was used by a homeless person to spend the night. In addition, he smoked, shook ashes into the pool, and drank alcohol. All this happened on the only sun lounger. This is only what I saw passing by in the evening and at night. Unfortunately, the staff could not solve the problem the first time I asked and I had to ask for help at least 5 times. In the end, they offered me to act as a surveillance camera and if a homeless person appears, to inform them. Thank you very much. Of course, I understand the mentality of people in Hong Kong, but in China, I can hardly even imagine such a situation. I strongly advise against using this pool and staying on the top floor due to a serious security breach. Anyone from the street can enter your territory, since it is separated only by a low partition. My things were not in the room, but after entering the door. Unfortunately, after leaving, I discovered that a bottle of perfume was missing. The money and documents were in the safe, everything was fine with them. I think this is due to this person entering my territory. I closed the door to the room at night and the balcony. Perhaps this saved my valuables. In the middle of my vacation, I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It was really gigantic. Thanks to the cleaning service. They were able to catch it and take it away. I hope the hotel management will take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of guests. Therefore, I will not give a bad rating to my favorite chain. I usually don't write reviews about hotels. And in such detail. But this time my wife made me write. She serves in the police and is very attentive to security issues. She said that she was very worried about having a stranger nearby. I think this is an exaggeration. She was probably offended that she was not congratulated on her birthday in this hotel, as she is used to in other hotels with a card or a compliment. She just happened to have a birthday when she checked in 😁😁😁

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harbour Hella Inn for 2 weeks and overall, it was a unique experience. The hotel offers a modern and compact concept that is both practical and comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus! The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest. In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.
