The hotel is in ok location and clean. But it is characterless and provides no facilities in room except a hairdryer. No water - they could provide glassbottles or fresh filtered water in fridge, no guide to hotel,no teaspoons for tea/coffee, no pencil/paper - all these things are standard in every other hotel I have ever been in at this price bracket
Room was small with no carpet on floor but unfriendly tiles.Bathroom was likewise only space for 1 person to stand in 1 place for sink, toilet, shower.
In Bangkok this hotel would be 1/3 of the price.

Excellent on everything. Room, check in, dining, service and most of all, location.
We've been staying in this hotel many times this year.
At least 3 nights every month. But it's always my wife who booked it. The buffet is amazing, location is very close to the big city of kowloon (TST) and the shopping hub is just around the corner. Overall, VERY GOOD!

It is a very good luxury hotel. In general, love the stay and foods. All the bellmen and front desk staff are always very kind and helpful.
However, the management team — possibly from Sales & Marketing or other departments — came across as quite rude and impolite. They seemed to care only about their VIP group and repeatedly pressured us to leave the lobby area when the first day we arrived.
Even though we don’t speak Chinese, they kept shouting at us in Mandarin, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
Location is a bit inconvenient as well.

The hotel location is great, near the MTR station and can travel by airport express bus A22. It is nearby a local market with plenty of eatries around the hotel. Hotel provide light breakfast refreshment and there is a little work out area at level 2.

The hotel was quite old and you could tell that however the rooms were comfortable and pretty well cleaned. The staff were very friendly and you can easily request items to the room that are delivered quickly. The only downside to this hotel is that the room did not look like the pictures which was a big let down. We booked a three bed room and the beds were joined together in person but this was not seen in the pictures.

Right beside the new Kaitak stadium. In between Song Wong Toi and Kaitak station. A little further in, so about 10-15minutes walk from either side of the station. There are shuttles provided from Airside to the hotel, but every half an hour schedule.
Swimming pool and indoor gyms all included, very new facilities, and nice environment. Rooms are relatively big compared to the hotel rooms in touristy spots.
Only things I wanted to complain about were the central air conditioner and the pillows. The AC was too loud too noisy, rattling engine parts noises at night. The pillows were too soft, and flattens easily when used. Mum and I weren’t able to get some proper sleep due to the loud noises from the AC. The rooms sound proof was a little low as well, could literally hear next door’s television playing.
Other than the above everything was very nice. The hall way provided water machine and ice dispenser, very environmental friendly.

Great place to stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. They provided towels and check in was a breeze. Location is very convenient for the bus and train station. There is a bar just 8mins walking from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall nice. Toothbrush and toothpaste, hair comb, shower caps, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, a bottle of water per person a day is provided. The air conditioner leaked onto the bed after changing the mode to QUIET but the staff fixed it after being notified and cleaned up. The staff doesn't understand english too well, but it was enough to get by. Towels and toilet paper weren't changed when the room was cleaned, we had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. The shower leaks into the room through the door a bit so it'd be nice if a leg towel was also provided. The wifi was slow but it was enough even for an online call.

The triple room is small, but the layout is reasonable and the suitcase can be opened.
The front desk lady can communicate in Mandarin and enthusiastically recommends nearby attractions and food.

Hhay 希It was a special day, with hotel rates across Hong Kong jacked up two or three times their normal rate. After much hesitation, I finally decided to rent a place at 10 PM. I saw a room with a name I hadn't visited yet and it was only 800.
After checking in, I was struck by the beautiful bathroom.

DD BunkerSituated just 200 meters from Yau Ma Tei Metro and close to the very interesting fruit wholesale market and many storied old constructions of Kowloon such as the temple complex of Temple Street and the old Army Barracks, one can take a slow straight walk all the way from Reclamation Street to the shopping on Canton Road and Star Ferry for a full view of the harbour. The Hotel itself is small and quiet and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A great selection for value and location!

- There is security at the entrance of the building.
- Very clean and cleaning ladies pass daily (unless you do not want them to).
- Small, but functional. You have hot water for shower, Internet and water boiler, as well as enough place to open your luggage.
- Guests having a smartphone with WhatsApp or WeChat might be useful to communicate with the hotel.
- Overall really good value for the price.

AAnonymous UserCtrip must be misleading customers. Is this hotel *really* new, opened in 2024? This is the worst hotel I've stayed in during my 20 years of visiting Hong Kong, and by far the worst value for money! The so-called 'city view room' just looked out onto a shabby, run-down building directly across. It was so ugly it gave me goosebumps in broad daylight, let alone at night. It bore absolutely no resemblance to Ctrip's promotional images! The sound insulation is terrible! The hygiene was appalling; the headboard was so dusty that when I wiped it with a tissue, it came away filthy, and the tap water in the bathroom was yellow! The bed had a semi-hollow space underneath, large enough for someone to hide. Every time I entered or left the room, I found myself using my phone's camera to check underneath, just in case someone was hiding. It was truly unsettling.
