Clean and good location. You must press both the up and down button on your floor to get the elevator, otherwise it will skip your floor, which is annoying. Also no heating

All in all, I think there are better hotels to stay. Apartment is really small, which is normal in Hongkong, but I don’t recommend travellers with huge suitcases to stay here as you will not be able to walk after opening just one normal sized suitcase. In terms of toiletries, we were given disposable towels, supposedly eco friendly but I would rather they not cheap out on this for a better experience. Good for a quick night stay as it is very near to the Ho Man Tin train station. Oh one thing to note is that, the hotel is situated in a district where all the surrounding shops sell funeral related products. If you are not comfortable, probably not the best choice.

The service is good and staff speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The location is a bustling commercial accessible by subway, bus and taxi.
The rooms are small but can be compact with appliances and a screen TV that is loaded with Amazon Prime, Netflix and other American media and entertainment.

I noticed a few things that made no sense for a hotel of this star rating.
The mini bar is a joke (see photo).
There was no luggage rack, so my suitcase had to be put on the bed to use it.
The safe in the room is not secured down, so anyone could walk in and walk away with the safe.
I don't like dealing with the virtue signaling people who are still wearing masks, and when I asked the girl to remove it so I could see her face while checking in, she refused. When I spoke to a manager about this, he said that they allow the staff to do what they like. Must be the only business in the world that would allow such a thing.

Hands down, this is a very lovely hotel and is the most glittering gem in Kowloon.
- nice and sleek interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;
- very comfortable bed that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
- quiet and reclusive, and the modern life and vibrancy is a stone's throw away;
- Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful.
Simply the best accommodation!

I had to do a quick trip into Hong Kong to take some licensing exams. I needed to find a hotel that was close to the testing center and not far from a Metro station. This place was perfect!! I could walk to both places in 15 minutes! It was also surrounded by delicious Thai restaurants and pretty quiet at night. The room itself was nice and cozy for little ole me with a big comfortable bed. There were only a couple small issues. The walls in my room were a bit dusty, along with the vent. Was a bit uncomfortable for my allergies. The rest of the room was beautifully clean. The restaurant that was part of the hotel advertised a full menu but only had a few snacks. I got the spring rolls and they were delicious. I was just a bit disappointed I couldn’t have dinner there. The staff themselves were very helpful and lovely. Overall, I would easily stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic! The service, food, and amenities all exceeded my expectations. While the location in Kaitak is not ideal due to ongoing rapid development, I can't rate it any higher for now. The shuttle bus is an amazing touch as the area improves over time.
I look forward to seeing how things change in the future.
All in all, I will visit again.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Kai Tak stadium, where the Coldplay concert was, and the location is the only good thing about this hotel. The room was good probably like 20 years ago, with uncomfortable and hard bed and ugly decorations. It was a smoking room, so it smelled terribly. There was nothing in the room, not even water, which they claim to be done for supporting the ecology, but for a price like that they could have at least provided water dispenser on every floor. Obviously, no other stuff like tooth brushes or vanity kits were provided (but you could obviously BUY them, because buying is somehow supporting the ecology). It was SOOO overpriced, and absolutely for nothing! My last straw was when I asked concierge if they had umbrellas for rent for the guests, they suggested that I buy one instead for $60! I also had breakfast in the morning ($120 per person), and it was quite mediocre. They should also know that they have so many travelers from mainland China - why don't they change the electric sockets to fit the charging devices? Staying in this hotel definitely isn't worth the money.

Value for money. Room with ensuite toilet. Very small room and small toilet. Hotel is near a subway station. Many eating places nearby. Nothing to complain at this price in Hong Kong. If you are early, please note that luggage storage is chargeable even for less than 3 hours. Would be good if they can waive the short storage period.

Situated in the New Reclamation street near the fruit market off Yau ma tei Kowloon the hotel is in the heart of a district of fine traditional eating and a flourish of South Indian shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are not too small but most are decorated with large bathrooms with handicapped- persons in mind and are therefore worth an extra thumbs up.

JJDLaoClean and comfortable stay. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants. Arrived late at night, conveniently received isntructions for checkin via Wechat. You can also leave your luggages in the hallway if you arrive early or has a late flight back. Note: there's really no storage area for luggages. Very near bus stop and train station.

Ssiyan_adacEnvironment: Just in Tsim Sha Tsui, it is also very convenient to walk to Victoria Harbor
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, separate bathrooms for men and women
Service: It is not a 24-hour front desk, so you need to pay attention to the check-in time
After arriving, pay in cash at the front desk, and when making a reservation, remember to indicate whether the person staying is a boy or a girl, otherwise you will make an mistake.

GGuest UserThe triple room is small, but the layout is reasonable and the suitcase can be opened.
The front desk lady can communicate in Mandarin and enthusiastically recommends nearby attractions and food.
It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to check in. If you go directly, you may have to wait for the room to be cleaned.

GGuest UserGood: Great location. Quiet. Bathroom clean. Had a little tv and some useful items (toilet paper, toothbrush, hairdryer, kettle and two cups, shower gel and shampoo). Would recommend bringing your own towel. Very easy to self-check in by contacting them beforehand.
Tiny tiny room but it was so cheap it was perfect for a simple place to rest for the night.

BBrianCute little room with a comfortable bed......however, the room was so bright from light coming through the window, it was impossible to sleep. There are no shutters or curtains to darken the room. Be advised, if you need a dark room to sleep, this is NOT the place.
