The location of the hotel is great for exploring Kowloon it is very close to the metro station and there are shops and restaurants near by. The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel facilities are not very modern and because of the humidity in HK it smells a bit like humidity rather than that it is convenient for resting and exploring. For the price is it ok, I like that they have glass reusable bottles for the room that you can fill with water.

ICLUB was such a wonderful surprise for budget accommodation in HK. Location is super convenient and the hotel itself boasts excellent service comfortable and functional rooms and a 2nd floor smoke free complementary coffee and snack bar that's a wonderful place to start and finish your day. Everything was beyond expectation. Will book again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Ctrip must be misleading customers. Is this hotel *really* new, opened in 2024? This is the worst hotel I've stayed in during my 20 years of visiting Hong Kong, and by far the worst value for money! The so-called 'city view room' just looked out onto a shabby, run-down building directly across. It was so ugly it gave me goosebumps in broad daylight, let alone at night. It bore absolutely no resemblance to Ctrip's promotional images! The sound insulation is terrible! The hygiene was appalling; the headboard was so dusty that when I wiped it with a tissue, it came away filthy, and the tap water in the bathroom was yellow! The bed had a semi-hollow space underneath, large enough for someone to hide. Every time I entered or left the room, I found myself using my phone's camera to check underneath, just in case someone was hiding. It was truly unsettling.

Exceeded All Expectations - A Flawless Hotel Experience
We just concluded a perfect stay and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the lovely fragrance throughout the hotel—a small detail that makes a big difference.
Our room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious every morning.
A real highlight was the swimming pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
To top it all off, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late checkout, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. We cannot fault a single thing and will definitely be returning!

I recently spent three nights at Dorsett Kai Tak during a quick business trip mixed with some sightseeing, and it exceeded my expectations for a brand-new property in this up-and-coming neighborhood. The hotel's location in Kai Tak is spot-on—right next to the future sports park (perfect for event-goers) and just a short, complimentary shuttle ride away from AIRSIDE mall, which has fantastic shopping and dining options. It's about 20 minutes from Central by MTR, making it easy to hop around the city without the Tsim Sha Tsui crowds.Check-in was seamless, with friendly staff (shoutout to Gladys at the front desk for her quick tips on local spots). My room was modern and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning partial harbour views—woke up to the sunrise over Victoria Harbour every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the rain shower, Nespresso machine, and smart controls for lights/AC added that luxe touch without feeling over-the-top. Soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or nearby construction.The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—serene with lounge chairs and those epic skyline views, though it was a bit chilly in October for a full swim. I loved the all-day restaurant Siete Ocho; the fusion Spanish-Sichuan dishes (try the spicy prawns) were flavorful and reasonably priced. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped, and the shuttle service ran like clockwork.A minor gripe: During peak event times nearby, traffic can snarl up the area, but the hotel's proactive updates via app helped. Overall, for the value (especially with the Genius discount), this is a fresh, vibrant spot that captures Kai Tak's rebirth as Hong Kong's cool new hub. Good: Great location. Quiet. Bathroom clean. Had a little tv and some useful items (toilet paper, toothbrush, hairdryer, kettle and two cups, shower gel and shampoo). Would recommend bringing your own towel. Very easy to self-check in by contacting them beforehand.
Tiny tiny room but it was so cheap it was perfect for a simple place to rest for the night.

Situated in the new reclaimed area very close to Yau ma tei MTR Station just off the insanely commercial Nathan Road, Kowloon, the hotel is next door to the very attractive and extensive FRUIT MARKET, where imported fruits are unloaded for retailers. One can out of curiosity walk down West Kowloon in a leisurely way all the way to Star Ferry ( 45 minutes). The iconic Temple Street is also very near. Some guest rooms have toilets for users of wheelchairs and this is a sure plus. Just so you know!!

The proprietress knows how to do business and is very friendly in Mandarin. The Indonesian girl looking after the store will call you and ask you to speak Mandarin with the proprietress. It feels safe like opening the door to stay. A room with a window and a toilet near a bustling area is already very cost-effective. The rooms in Hong Kong are small in size. If you want a room with a larger area, please pay more and look elsewhere.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, very convenient for transport, and close to a market. It's just a 4 to 6-minute walk from Ho Man Tin MTR station, without even needing to cross the road. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning team were wonderful. The check-in process was very quick. The soundproofing was also excellent. Since there were no single rooms available when I checked in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a double room. I was really lucky and truly appreciate the arrangement. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Hung Hom for a show.

GGuest UserThe weather in Hong Kong from September 4th to 6th was absolutely perfect, really enhancing our sea-view room experience. I felt incredibly blissful just lying on the hotel sofa in the afternoon, gazing at the sea and daydreaming. The hotel is conveniently located right by two ferry piers, making it super easy to get to North Point and Central. Our room was very well-equipped (a water dispenser was a fantastic touch, so no worries about not having water in the morning!). The service was excellent; as our room wasn't ready punctually upon check-in, they kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast for a day. And a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was incredibly diverse and plentiful, featuring Japanese, Cantonese, and Middle Eastern cuisines. All in all, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth choosing! 👍

PPikedunhelinUnfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

AAnonymous Userconveniently located about 5 mins walk to Ho Man Tin MTR. there are a number of nice food and cafes within walking distance. despite the hotel is surrounded with memorial services shops but it doesnt really bother me. hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. room is small but furnished with necessary amenities (disposable towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge, hair dryer and safe) so wouldnt advise to stay here if you have big luggages. a lil disappointed that they dont provide iron but it’s okay :)

GGuest UserI think the owner was a female, very responsive, if you have question they answer right away thru whatsapp. The room is small but it's generally clean, it comes with towels and toiletries. They also give you complimentary water bottles. And the thing i love the most is that it's near everywhere in TST. We booked 3 rooms and 2 of them has windows. I swear it's very clean and more than decent. And given it's convenient location, the price is really affordable. 5-star for me and my family.

XXiaojianA hotel with a very good value for money (after all, it is in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money). It is very close to the Mong Kok subway station. It is not difficult to find it if you follow the navigation. It is inside the Ronghua Building. It is easy to find it by following the instructions.
Facilities: The size of the room is very suitable according to my budget and the prices in Hong Kong, and it is almost the same as expected. The equipment is quite complete, with a separate bathroom (for a room of this price, and in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, I can only say that I am very satisfied)
Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Anyway, according to my budget, I personally think it is reasonable
Environment: It is quite quiet. In a busy city like Mong Kok, it will not be affected by the streets at all.

BBrianCute little room with a comfortable bed......however, the room was so bright from light coming through the window, it was impossible to sleep. There are no shutters or curtains to darken the room. Be advised, if you need a dark room to sleep, this is NOT the place.
