Hong Kong Yau Tsim Mong District Hotels

The room was excellent, especially considering how tiny spaces usually are in Hong Kong; it was relatively spacious, and we even got an upgrade! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. It's right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, about a 10-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Downstairs, there are tons of shops and restaurants, and the local tea restaurant offered great value for money. All in all, a really good stay. A special shout-out to the lady at the concierge desk – she was incredibly kind and warm, even helping us with our luggage! 🧳

I booked two rooms this time and specified that two couples would be staying. The front desk gave us two king-size rooms, which we were very happy with. The young man at the front desk was also very helpful. Hong Kong is a place where every inch of land is precious, so the hotel rooms are genuinely small. However, the rooms were very clean, the decor was new, and the air conditioning was very cold – I had to turn it off at night for fear of catching a cold. Overall, apart from the small size, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong for my son's graduation ceremony.

Great location, just opposite of Kowloon Park. Only 250 meters from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and there is 7-11 located just opposite the hotel. The service was good friendly staff for HK standards. You can leave the luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out. The room has a decent size and has good amenities, including a choice of pillows, pocket wifi and even a binoculars for you to do some birds watching at the park. There is a gym and swimming pool on the underground floor. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too.

The service was excellent. Although the room was small, it was very clean. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and happy to help with directions and booking taxis. The location is convenient, close to the subway, and there are also transport options nearby for the airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

Highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and well-maintained with a very comfortable big double bed. Check-in was quick and easy. The best part is the incredible location: it's steps away from authentic local Hong Kong restaurants and incredibly convenient, just a minute from Yau Ma Tei MTR Exit B and city bus stops.

Stayed here again. The room is small but clean. The front desk staff are polite, and the hotel offers free luggage storage. It's conveniently located for getting to Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui, and there are many dining options nearby.

The towels were one use and made out of recycled paper, very uncorfortable. The room was tiny and couldn’t even put our luggage on the floor to tidy things up, we had to do it on the bed. We had to store the luggage under the bed. The “clean the room” lable is in opposite colours, with green meaning to not clean. We did not read it and thus we did not have towels. The air conditioner was broken and our room was over 35 degrees. We went to the reception to ask for towels and report the aircon issue( it was 12pm) and it was closed. A person was sitting on a sofa outside (we though it was a costumer) and when we complain the next day they told us this person was the the 24hour receptionist, but he saw us at the reception and didn’t speak to us. After revising the air condition they gave us a new room on a different floor, with no upgrades of any kind although we had a horrible night at 35 degrees approx on a bed that barely fit the both of us. The new room was even smaller.

The hotel is right near Victoria Harbour. You can take a footbridge directly to the Avenue of Stars, which is just a few minutes away. It's also very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and K11 and Harbour City are both within walking distance, making it super convenient. The only downside is that the room facilities are quite old and look a bit dirty.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

The ultimate value-for-money king in Hong Kong! Harbour Plaza Metropolis exceeded all my expectations. Choosing the right hotel is crucial when visiting Hong Kong, and the Harbour Plaza Metropolis absolutely blew me away! Its location is prime – directly opposite Hung Hom MTR Station, just a 5-minute walk away, making travel to and from mainland China incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui, getting you to the shopping district in just 5 minutes. Being next to the Hong Hom Coliseum is fantastic for concerts, and the International Plaza shopping mall downstairs means shopping and dining are literally at your doorstep. My sea-view room was absolutely stunning. Opening the curtains revealed panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with elegant and cozy European-inspired decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was generously sized. The facilities were top-notch: fast, reliable internet, complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities, and an electronic safe. They even offered a free shoe-shine service – attention to detail was exceptional. The biggest surprise was the 25-meter outdoor heated swimming pool, where I could swim while admiring the Victoria Harbour views. The fitness center and spa were also excellent for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, offering a full spread of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff were warm, efficient, and spoke excellent Chinese, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Whether for business or family travel, this is a top choice in Hong Kong. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
