The experience at Prestige was excellent.
The staff, especially Karen, were informative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous.
Couldn't ask for better service far away from home. Loved it.

1st impression when arrived at the hotel was, it's a busy hotel in a busy district of Wan Chai. It's a bit dated, but renovation is taking place as I stay.
Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices,
The dining room is massive.
Afternoon tea starts at 3-7, which was more than enough of time .
But the selection of food was another matter. From promotional video, there were more variations, like egg tart, tea cakes, and at the lounge, there're no cocktails as expected nor spirits drinks . Not even basic G&T , whisky sour. Only soft drinks ,tea, coffee, and choice of red and white wine. There's no staff in the lounge to facilitate guess needs .I have to check with the staff at the front desk to realise that changes had taken place in the past year. That's a big disappointment as I paid the extra to use the facilities and benefits which happened to end without notice nor compensation.
Room is spacious and clear view ,partly Seaview.
Plenty room for 1 person, and the air con was working perfectly until last night-my last night in staying. Around 03:20 ,I was getting up to go to the bathroom. Just then, I felt the slippers were getting wet. When checked ,realise that there's water leaking from the ceiling. I rang the housekeeper to report the incident.
Maintenance staff arrived and fixed the leakage within a space of time, app.an hour. Overall, it's an experience. I wish they looked into my suggestions, and maybe I'll be back to check it out.

A11 drops you off at Gordon Street (3min walk away) from HKIA. The hotel is 5min walk away from Tin Hau MTR station. Room was spacious with ample space for opening lugguages, a desk and chair for eating-in, and enough space & hangers to hang 6 clothing items. Room service is daily, and the aircon is never off (good for me but not the environment 🤪). All in all, a good value hotel for about HKD600/night. It is clean and almost feels luxurious. Oh there are 3 elevators in this hotel.

Hotel room is clean and big enough to open up 2 big luggage. Toiletries are provided. There is a lounge with water dispenser and coffee machine. You can have cup noodles at the lounge. There are complimentary bread and basic spread every morning 7am-10am.
The aircon is centrally controlled so you cannot adjust when it's too cold at night.
The location is about 8mins walk from A5 exit and need to jaywalk a little unless you don't mind walking a little more to use the 2 traffic lights.
Tram is 2 mins away from hotel so you can take it to Causeway Bay and Tin Hau.
Plenty of famous food places within walking distance like Joy Hing, Kam's Roast, Lung Dim Sum, Bill Kee Wanton Mee, Bakehouse.

The hotel and location were great for nearby shopping with a toddler, but the front-of-house staff were not so friendly. I'm an IHG member, which was part of my decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but I was surprised to discover my points would not be awarded to my IHG membership because I didn't book directly with the hotel.
The breakfast food quality and service were good, but the restaurant room was too narrow and not easy to walk around during the peak breakfast time.

The entrance of the hotel is a bit small and hard to find, but it feels ok after entering. You need to scan your card to go upstairs in the elevator, and there are two groups of people on each elevator. Because we were celebrating a birthday, the reception asked us not to be too noisy because there were people in the isolation room, but we found that there was no one in the isolation room... The room felt clean after entering, but there were two towels hanging behind the toilet door. I don't know if they were left behind by the previous person... Because there was a towel rack on the bathtub, there were also two towels... Everything else was pretty good, and the view was beautiful

I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings that made for a truly relaxing stay.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch - from the beautiful swimming pool to the well-equipped gym, I was never short of things to do. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, each one expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.
What truly set Lanson Place Causeway Bay apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff (front desk, bell service, call centre, housekeeping, F&B, etc) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile and genuine care. I felt truly pampered and can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, look no further than Lanson Place.

Hotel centrally located. I liked this location. Easy access to public transportation. Nice restaurants around. Quick check in. Room big for Hong Kong. Hotel overall looked a bit old fashioned but for that price good enough. We had a pleasant stay here! Some furniture like the couch should be replaced. Would come again.

We reserved a disabled room for 2 nights and the quality of service for elderly guests is good, especially the maid cleansing room services. The front desk staff also helpful and arranged late checkout for us. The lobby has regular staff to lead guest the directions. The Hopewell mall has different shops for guests and connected to Wu Chung House in between has various restaurants. Good to restay again if room available next time.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe rooms in this hotel are very noisy. Noise from elevators and air-conditioning as well as service noise from maintenance staff or kitchen functions at the back of the hotel are all highly noticeable in all the rooms I was offered to consider. I had asked for a quiet room when I booked and I repeated this preference when I checked in, and in spite of that, I was given a noisy room. Although the staff were polite when I pointed out that my room was unacceptable after the first night, it still took several rounds of viewings of almost identical rooms with the exact same amount of noise. No compensation for the inconvenience, or the bad night spent in the hotel, was offered, and based on this experience I don't think the price charged was reasonable. Showing me identical rooms when I complained about the noise seemed pretty weird, so it's possible that all the rooms in this hotel are very noisy, and therefore it may be that this hotel is more suitable for people with reduced hearing or who are used to sleeping in noisy environments. The picture shows the city view from the last room I tried

GGuest UserMy aunties in their 80’s, is very please with the services from reception to the bell boys (porters), they were attentive and friendly .
She told me, on the day of her check in - how the 3 receptionist struggled to help her to change her phone card to her handphone (as different phone card, have different ways of putting in the card). My aunt is so thankful and happy with the 3 receptionist, that went the extra miles to assist her.
She said the bell boys are very attentive too in assisting her with her shopping and luggage’s each time she return to Nina Hotel Causeway Bay. That’s why my aunties always insisted to stay at NINA HOTELS - the friendly and helpful services.
They love to walk along the small shops that bring memories of old time Hongkong which is very convenient and accessible.
The hotel is also clean, spacious and convenient location.
Overall, they had a great trip . Thank you once again Nina Hotel causeway Bay for the great services.

AAnne#04Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!)
From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level)
This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

GGuest UserGreat location as the hotel is right there at the Airport bus stop. However, just as many hotels in Hong Kong, lack of cleanliness by spotting hairs and molds inside the bathroom was an issue. We couldn't fully turn on the shower water because the drainage was no good.

KkakalokaLocation: Conveniently situated near the MTR, making it easy to find and access. The hotel is located in a lively nightlife district, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. While this offers plenty of entertainment and dining options, it can become quite noisy on weekends and holidays.
Room: Clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essential amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable enough for general use.
Facilities: Unfortunately, the pool is closed, which might be disappointing for guests hoping to enjoy this amenity during their stay.

GGuest UserThe basin sink hole not working properly. The service took long to change me to another room where I had to keep asking. Called service desk 3 times before they finally arranged for room change.
Then in second room, the toilet seat had like bubble gum stuck on both sides of the seat, not cleaned properly. I told the cleaning lady next morning where she helped cleaned it. I should gave called service desk to report this uncleaned toilet seat.

RRawbI recently stayed at TUVE Hotel in Hong Kong and had a fantastic experience. The modern, stylish design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and meticulously clean, featuring comfortable bedding and unique decor. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations. However, the breakfast options could be expanded for more variety. Overall, TUVE Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it a great choice for travelers. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay!

TTsomo TsomikVery convenient location! Our room was accessible room with spacious toilet and shower. But the room needs a major some renovation. There are stains or mold like stains on the carpet and wall next to bathroom, the sofa bed (as we’re travelling with a child) was so uncomfortable, furtniture overall worn out. AC looked dirty.
Housekeeping and service desk are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - you’ll from 4 different breakfast set every morning.

CCk TingAbout 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR. not much of conveniences stalls below the hotel, got to venture out a bit further.
Asked for a queen size bed but given 2 singles.
Room is not big, don't expect to be able to open your luggage if it is a big one. No closet too, just hang your clothes on the wall.
The ”table” is just a small triangular shaped board at the window with a stool. can't be using it to place my laptop to work

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harbour Hella Inn for 2 weeks and overall, it was a unique experience. The hotel offers a modern and compact concept that is both practical and comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays.
One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus!
The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.
However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest.
In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.
